  • Publication number: 20240103956
Abstract: A control apparatus includes multiple processor cores connected to: a monitor that monitors whether a first processor core, the first processor core being any processor core among the multiple processor cores, is operating normally; and a memory having multiple storage areas pre-associated with each of the multiple processor cores. Each of the multiple processor cores periodically writes and updates information to the corresponding storage area in the memory, the information indicating that each of the processor cores is operating normally, and the first processor core determines whether the information in each of the storage areas in the memory has been updated by each of the multiple processor cores, and controls the monitor on the basis of a result of the determination.

  • Patent number: 7983889
Abstract: The drift region for increasing the breakdown voltage in an LDMOSFET is regarded as a resistive element. The potential distribution of the overall device is calculated by obtaining a potential distribution considering the resistance by iterative calculation. A capacitance generated in the drift region is analytically calculated assuming a linear potential distribution. A capacitance generated in the overlap region between the gate electrode and the drift region is calculated by considering the potential from the depletion region to the accumulation region.

  • Patent number: 6238806
Abstract: A clad material of a clad steel pipe is disposed on at least one of an internal surface and external surface of a base material, the clad material having two lateral edges which are welded together to form the pipe. A thickness of the clad material at the two ends of the clad material in a lengthwise direction is predetermined at a first value, the first value which enables absorption of a discrepancy in thickness when connecting the clad steel pipe to another clad steel pipe; and wherein a thickness of the clad material at other parts other than the two ends is determined to be at a second value which is smaller than the first value.
