  • Patent number: 10231710
Abstract: An ultrasound diagnosis apparatus includes a transmitter, a generator, and an output controller. The transmitter transmits, from an ultrasound probe, push pulses that cause displacement of body tissue according to an acoustic radiation force and transmits, from the ultrasound probe, tracking pulses for observing the displacement of body tissue, which is caused according to the push pulses, in a given scanning area. The generator generates transmission area image data displaying a position to which the push pulses are transmitted. • Publication number: 20150141828
Abstract: According to one embodiment, an ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus includes a transceiver part, a signal processing part and an image generation part. The transceiver part controls an ultrasonic probe to perform a first and second scans. The first scan transmits a first ultrasonic wave and an ultrasonic wave, obtained by modulating an amplitude of the first ultrasonic wave, to scanning lines distributed three dimensionally, and receives first reflected waves. The second scan transmits a second ultrasonic wave to scanning lines distributed two dimensionally during the first scan, and receives second reflective waves. The transceiver part obtains first and second reception signals based on the first and second reflected waves. The signal processing part generates composite signals by combining the first reception signals. The image generation part generates three dimensional ultrasonic image data based on the composite signals, and two dimensional ultrasonic image data based on the second reception signals.

  • Patent number: 4959998
Abstract: An ultrasonic imaging apparatus comprising an ultrasonic transducer, and a delay circuit section. The transducer has an array of ultrasonic transducer elements, and emits ultrasonic waves and receives echo waves to convert these waves into echo signals. The delay circuit section delays the echo signals by delay times determined by at least the directions in which the ultrasonic waves have been emitted from the transducer. This circuit has first and second memories for alternately writing and reading the echo signals, and a circuit for addressing the first and second memories by applying these memories with addresses, the number of which corresponds to the delay time.
