  • Patent number: 11905875
Abstract: A vehicle heat exchange system may include a first heat exchanger for exchanging heat between a first medium and a second medium, a second heat exchanger for exchanging heat between the first medium and a third medium, a third heat exchanger for exchanging heat between the second medium and the third medium, a switch valve, and a control unit. The switch valve may be configured to enable selective switching between (i) a first path that supplies the second medium that has passed through the third heat exchanger to an inverter via an inverter radiator and (ii) a second path that supplies the second medium that has passed through the third heat exchanger to the inverter via the first heat exchanger. The control unit may be configured to control the switch valve such that the second path is selected when the first medium is in a predetermined low-temperature state.

  • Publication number: 20230332837
Abstract: A heat exchanger may include a stacked plurality of plates and a fin plate brazed to each other. Each set of adj acent said plates of the plurality of the plates may define a flow path between plates. Each plurality of the plates may include a flow-through portion penetrating through the plates and through which a fluid is flowable. At least one set of the flow-through portions may be provided at one of the flow paths such that the fluid is flowable from one side of a flow-through portion to an other side of a flow-through portion. The flow-through portion may be disposed outside the fin plate. Each plurality of the plates may further include a through hole disposed outside the fin plate. Each plurality of the plates may further include a first boss portion formed in a substantially elliptical shape surrounding the flow-through portion and the through hole.

  • Patent number: 10207376
Abstract: An oil cooler has a core portion (1) formed of stacked core plates (5), a bottom plate (2), a second bottom plate (3) and a top plate (4), and these are brazed in a furnace. The core plate (5) has oil communication ports (13), cooling water communication ports (14) and an oil outlet port (15). The lower end core plate (5) has a boss portion (16) surrounding the cooling water communication port (14) and a boss portion (17) surrounding the oil outlet port (15). Opening portions (32, 33) opposite to the boss portions (16, 17) are formed through the bottom plate (2). Therefore, at the time of the brazing, a melted brazing material is not excessively gathered in the boss portion (16, 17) because the melted brazing material is absorbed in the opening portions (32, 33).
