  • Publication number: 20200083895
Abstract: An inexpensive electronic control device is implemented that enables a power supply voltage supplied to a microcomputer to be varied using a simple method and that enables an identical power supply to be adapted to various microcomputers. A switch is turned on to determine the value of a discrete resistor, and a voltage based on the value of current from a current source and the resistance value of the discrete resistor is caused in an In1 terminal. By an A/D converter, the In1 terminal voltage is subjected to A/D conversion, and a digital code corresponding to the selectively connected discrete resistor is detected. The result of the A/D conversion is saved in a register, and the determination of the resistance value of the discrete resistor performed by the A/D converter is completed. After the completion of the resistance value determination performed by the A/D converter, power supply voltages start activation.

  • Publication number: 20200056570
Abstract: An electronic control device has a compact abnormality detection circuit that does not require a complicated circuit, and is capable of suppressing a cost increase when being applied a direct injection injector drive circuit and other drive circuits. A current detection circuit includes a current detection resistor, a differential amplifier, and a current detection unit. The current detected is supplied to the abnormality/normality determination unit. A combined resistance value of a diagnostic current drive circuit and the current detection resistor is higher than an injector drive circuit. A fuel injection signal is input to a logic circuit, and a fuel cut signal is input to a different terminal of the logic circuit. The logic circuit's output terminal is connected to the injector drive circuit's gate. The output signal from a fuel injection signal output unit is supplied via a switch to the diagnostic current drive circuit's gate.

  • Patent number: 8652074
Abstract: A walking assist device which assists the knee joint with well synchronizing with the upper leg motion during the swing phase at low cost may be provided. The walking assist device comprises an upper link, a lower link, a rotary joint, an actuator, and a controller. The upper link is to be attached to an upper leg of a user. The lower link is to be attached to the lower leg of the user. The rotary joint swingably connects the lower link to the upper link. The rotary joint is coaxially aligned with the user's knee joint when the user wears the walking assist device. The actuator swings the lower link relative to the upper link. The controller controls the actuator so that the lower link guides the user's walking motion.

  • Patent number: 8565921
Abstract: Provided is a method for determining a grounding timing of a biped walking robot. Firstly, a ZMP equation which represents a trajectory of a center of gravity including a first single-leg grounded period in which the robot stands only with a first leg and a second single-leg grounded period in which the robot stands only with a second leg, following the first single-leg grounded period, is solved using a predetermined grounding timing. A second leg ZMP position representing a ZMP position in the second single-leg grounded period is then calculated. When the calculated second leg ZMP position is out of the second leg ZMP permissible area, the grounding timing is modified so that the second leg ZMP position is located in a second leg ZMP permissible area which is defined corresponding to a possible grounding area of the second leg.
