  • Patent number: 7607317
Abstract: An air conditioner includes a refrigerant circuit that includes a heat source heat exchanger configured such that refrigerant flows in from below and flows out from above when the heat source heat exchanger functions as an evaporator of the refrigerant and a plurality of utilization heat exchangers. When the heat source heat exchanger is caused to function as an evaporator, the refrigerant discharged from a compression mechanism is bypassed to an intake side of the compression mechanism via a first bypass circuit, the heat source heat exchanger is caused to function as a condenser, and an expansion valve is closed, whereby refrigerating machine oil accumulating inside the heat source heat exchanger is returned to the intake side of the compression mechanism from a lower portion of the heat source heat exchanger via an oil returning circuit.

  • Patent number: 7395674
Abstract: An air conditioner has a heat source refrigerant circuit, utilization refrigerant circuits, a pressurizing circuit, and a cooler. The heat source refrigerant circuit is configured by an interconnection of a compression mechanism, a heat source heat exchanger, and a heat source expansion valve that reduces a pressure of refrigerant condensed in the heat source heat exchanger. The pressurizing circuit is disposed in the heat source refrigerant circuit and causes high-pressure gas refrigerant compressed in the compression mechanism to merge with a refrigerant having a pressure that is reduced in the heat source expansion valve. The refrigerant is sent to the utilization refrigerant circuits. The cooler cools the refrigerant having the pressure that is reduced in the heat source expansion valve.

  • Publication number: 20070245752
Abstract: An air conditioner has a refrigerant circuit and a first oil returning circuit. The refrigerant circuit has a plurality of utilization refrigerant circuits each having a utilization heat exchanger and a utilization expansion valve connected to a heat source refrigerant circuit that includes a compression mechanism, a heat source expansion valve and a heat source heat exchanger configured so that a refrigerant flows in from below and flows out from above when the heat source heat exchanger functions as an evaporator. The heat source refrigerant circuit uses a combination of a refrigerating machine oil and a refrigerant that does not separate into two layers in a temperature range of 30° C. or below. The first oil returning circuit is connected to a lower portion of the heat source heat exchanger and returns the refrigerating machine oil accumulated inside the heat source heat exchanger to the compression mechanism together with the refrigerant.

  • Publication number: 20050064156
Abstract: Disclosed is an image receiving sheet for forming a toner image by removably adhering toner thereto. The sheet has an irregular surface including a plurality of concavities in the form of continuous grooves for receiving the toner and ridges extending along the concavities, and a toner image can be formed by removably adhering the toner to the concavities. The ridges of the irregular surface are capable of protecting the toner adhering to the concavities. The continuously grooved concavities have a depth (height of ridges) of 20 ?m to 150 ?m; and a condition of E·A?2 [GPa·?m] can be established wherein E[GPa] means Young's modulus and A [?m] means a width of ridges, the Young's modulus being a value when a material for forming the concavities and ridges is elongated by 1%. The ridges may be reinforced by reinforcing portions for retaining postures of the ridges.

  • Patent number: 4884647
Abstract: A rear wheel steering hydraulic cylinder is arranged in a rear wheel steering apparatus to steer rear wheels to the right and left. When a front wheel steering angle detected by a front wheel steering angle sensor exceeds a predetermined value, the hydraulic cylinder is actuated to steer the rear wheels in a direction opposite to that of the front wheels. When the rear wheel steering angle detected by a rear wheel steering angle sensor is changed in response to the front wheel steering angle, the hydraulic cylinder is not activated, thereby not steering the rear wheels.

  • Patent number: 4811805
Abstract: A rear-wheel steering apparatus includes a steering unit for steering the front wheels in association with a rotation of the steering wheel, and a hydraulic actuator for steering the rear wheels. The actuator has first and second hydraulic chambers and a drive member connected to the rear wheels and operating in accordance with an oil pressure supplied to the hydraulic chambers. A directional control valve is provided between the steering unit and the actuator. The valve supplies oil pressure to the actuator in association with the operation of the steering unit. The valve includes a casing, and a valve body slidably arranged in the casing. First and second pressure chambers filled with oil pressure are defined in the casing. When the steering angle of the front wheels is smaller than a predetermined angle, the valve body moves to an in-phase position for supplying oil pressure to the actuator so that the rear wheels are steered in the same direction as the front wheels.

  • Patent number: 4712961
Abstract: An apparatus is used for stacking elongated shapes on a pallet with the insertion of spacers between the individual adjacent shapes. A plurality of elongated tables are arranged in parallel to each other for supporting a predetermined number of the shapes supplied one by one in the longitudinal direction of the tables perpendicular to the shapes. A spacer conveyor extends under and perpendicular to the tables for feeding spacers one by one from a spacer supply. A plurality of transfer frames are each arranged in parallel to each table and are movably supported in the longitudinal direction thereof from a retracted position to a stacking station. The transfer frame has spacer receivers for bringing the spacers to the stacking station. A conveyor belt extends over the transfer frame for feeding the shapes to the stacking station, where the shapes and spacers are alternately stacked on a pallet.

  • Patent number: 4141679
Abstract: A stretching machine for plastically straightening an extruded product from an extruding press is disclosed, in which a fixable tail stock and a cylinder operated slidable head stock provide the extruded product with a plastically straightened effect in an automatic operation. Means for variably adjusting the speed of the sliding movement of the head stock and means for automatically changing the sliding direction of the head stock are provided in the stretching machine. The method of operation of the stretching machine includes moving the head stock back toward the tail stock by a small amount after the extruded product has been plastically straightened so that the head stock can be easily disengaged from the extruded product.
