The position alignment member is positionally aligned with respect to a liquid consumption apparatus in three directions. The attachment member is attached to the position alignment member and includes an inner portion flow path and a liquid supply port. The moving member is attached to the attachment member, and configured and arranged to move according to pressure changes in the inner portion flow path. The moving member is disposed at a position that faces and contacts one end portion of a rod-shaped member provided in the liquid consumption apparatus when the mounting member is mounted in the liquid consumption apparatus so that displacement of the other end portion of the rod-shaped member is detected by a sensor that detects a liquid remaining amount state of the liquid supply source.

When the check valve is closed under an oil pressure condition in which the electric oil pump outputs a maximum output oil pressure while the mechanical oil pump is driven by the engine at idle, the control device is configured to drive the electric oil pump during stop of the mechanical oil pump, and to stop the electric oil pump based on a load increase after start of the mechanical oil pump.

    Abstract: A liquid chamber receives liquid flows from a liquid receiving unit. A first urging member urges a deforming portion of the liquid chamber. A lever provided on the liquid container side increases the displacement of the deforming portion. A sensor detects the displacement. A transmitting member transmits the increased displacement to the sensor. A second urging member provided on a liquid consuming apparatus side urges the transmitting member. When the liquid container is installed in the liquid consuming apparatus, the transmitting member comes in contact with the lever member due to the urging force of the second urging member, and the lever member is pushed against the deforming portion. In this manner, it is possible to divide the liquid detection system into the liquid consuming apparatus side and the liquid container side.
