  • Publication number: 20240358048
Abstract: Provided is a corn wet milling-derived article having a reduced sulfur dioxide concentration. The corn wet milling-derived article is a solid filamentous fungus culture. The corn wet milling-derived article may be one or more selected from the group consisting of corn gluten meal, corn gluten feed, and corn germ. The sulfur dioxide content in the solid filamentous fungus culture may be 30 ppm or less. The filamentous fungus may be non-mycotoxin-producing microbes. The solid filamentous fungus culture may include an enzyme produced by the filamentous fungus. The solid filamentous fungus culture may include polysaccharides that constitute the fungus body of the filamentous fungus.

  • Patent number: 10995326
Abstract: Provided is a method for safely and selectively producing a substrate culture product including a large amount of a desired degrading enzyme. A method for producing a substrate culture product used for feedstuff includes inoculating filamentous fungi bred so that a target degrading enzyme is produced by self-cloning in high productivity on a substrate, and producing the substrate culture product having functionality by ventilating the substrate to carry out solid culture.

  • Publication number: 20180214830
Abstract: Provided is a heating agitator that has a heating tank and can prevent, without complicating the structure, a raw material from remaining due to not being scraped. A scraper includes a rotation shaft tilted with respect to a center axis of the heating tank and one or a plurality of scraping units that rotate integrally with the rotation shaft. The scraping unit includes an arc-shaped member curved along a spherical bottom surface and a plurality of scraping blades fixed to the arc-shaped member. At least one of the scarping units, tips of the scraping blades are arranged such that the respective tips abut the spherical bottom surface of the heating tank along the spherical bottom surface and are in contact with a plane including a center axis of the rotation shaft. The respective tips scrape the raw material adhering to the spherical bottom surface of the heating tank while moving on corresponding concentric circles having a point as the center on the center axis of the rotation shaft.

  • Patent number: 8663556
Abstract: [Problem to be solved] To provide a method for sterilizing powder or grain by which the heating time is a minimum required time to reduce thermal degradation of the quality of the powder or grain while securing sufficient sterilization effect, and a sterilizing apparatus employing the method. [Means to solve the problem] The problem is solved by a method for sterilizing powder or grain, and a sterilizing apparatus employing the method, and the method includes applying heat and pressure in which powder or grain is supplied into a heated gas flow pipe kept under heated and pressurized conditions, and the powder or grain is transferred while coming into direct contact with a heated condensable gas in the heated gas flow pipe for 0.
