    Abstract: An object of the invention is to provide a composite semipermeable membrane which has the high ability to remove substances other than water and high water permeability and which suffers little decrease in performance due to fouling. The invention relates to a composite semipermeable membrane including: a supporting membrane having a substrate and a porous supporting layer disposed on the substrate; and a separation functional layer disposed on the supporting membrane, in which, in any ten sites of cross-sections of the composite semipermeable membrane which have a width of 2.0 ?m in a membrane surface direction, the projections having a height of one-fifth or more of a 10-point average surface roughness of the separation functional layer have a standard deviation of height of 60 nm or less.

    Abstract: A power-on reset circuit of one embodiment includes first and second power supplies, first and second detecting circuit, a differentiation circuit, a current mirror circuit and a latch circuit. The second power supply is generated from a voltage of the first power supply and supplies a voltage lower than the first power supply. The first detecting circuit detects rise of a voltage of the second power supply. A current corresponding to a change in potential of the first power supply flows through the differentiation circuit. The current mirror circuit multiplies the current flowing through the differentiation circuit. The second detecting circuit senses stoppage of output current of the current mirror circuit and detects completion of the rise of the voltage of the first power supply. The latch circuit is reset by an output signal of the first detecting circuit and set by an output signal of the second detecting circuit.

    Abstract: A substrate processing apparatus of the present invention comprises a cooling mechanism for cooling a processing solution and a filter for removing impurities contained in the processing solution, at some midpoint in a circulation path of the processing solution. With this constitution, the substrate processing apparatus can precipitate the impurities dissolved in the processing solution and remove the precipitated impurities. It therefore becomes possible to maintain the performance of the processing solution and reuse the processing solution. Further, the frequency of changing the processing solution to a new solution decreases, and this causes an increase in availability of the substrate processing apparatus and a decrease in consumption and drainage of the processing solution.
