  • Patent number: 10704603
Abstract: A cage assembly is moved in the axial direction to approach an inner ring from a small rib portion side. An inner ring assembly is constituted by causing tapered rollers of the cage assembly to climb over a small rib portion to be fitted on an inner raceway surface, and then is assembled to an outer ring. In this method, a jig is provided adjacent to the small rib portion. The jig includes recessed grooves that are formed in the outer peripheral portion of the jig and that enable contact of the respective tapered rollers. Each recessed groove has a recessed arcuate shape in cross section. The tapered rollers of the cage assembly are caused to slide radially outward along the recessed grooves, so that the diameter of cage is increased. Accordingly, the tapered rollers climb over the small rib portion to be fitted on the inner raceway surface.

  • Publication number: 20090129105
Abstract: A vehicle is equipped with a slide door, a seat provided near an ingress-egress opening, and an ingress-action detector to detect a passenger's ingress action through the ingress-egress opening. The vehicle is further equipped with an illumination device which comprises lower illuminators which are configured to illuminate lower areas which are located below a beltline of the vehicle such that a passenger's upper body is not illuminated, vehicle-inside upper illuminators which are configured to illuminate an upper-specified area in the vehicle compartment which is located above the beltline, and an illumination controller to control the illuminators. When the ingress action is detected by the ingress-action detector, the illumination controller prohibits the illuminations of the illuminators and starts the illuminations of the illuminators.

  • Patent number: 4868977
Abstract: The present invention relates to improvement in a working apparatus, such as an electronic part automatic-mounting apparatus comprising carriers for holding and moving works on a working line and a work head for applying a predetermined operation at a predetermined position on the work moved by the carriers, to a work station. The apparatus also includes: head driving means for moving the work head in directions (for examples, a Y direction) different from the moving direction of the work (for example, an X direction) and carrier driving means for moving the carriers along the working line sequentially from a work feed position to a work station, onto a work discharge position and then moving or restoring the work back to the work feed position (7). The carrier driving means also position the point of operation on the work in the moving direction fo the work at the work station.
