  • Patent number: 10377242
Abstract: A regenerative brake control device of a vehicle, which is configured to control a rotary electric motor that is configured to drive wheels at a regeneration ratio corresponding to a selected regeneration stage to thereby obtain a regenerative brake force, includes: a selecting section which is manually operated to select a regeneration stage from a plurality of regeneration stages which have been set; and a control section which is configured to make control so that, when a predetermined operation is performed on the selecting section, a regeneration stage in which the predetermined operation has not been performed on the selecting section is automatically changed to another regeneration stage.

  • Patent number: 10358126
Abstract: A driving support apparatus for a hybrid vehicle including an engine and a motor, in which the engine starts running when any one of parameters indicating a state of the hybrid vehicle reaches an engine start threshold set for the parameters, the driving support apparatus includes a current value acquiring section that acquires current values of the parameters, a margin calculation section that calculates margin levels for the current values of the parameters for keeping the engine stopping using the current values of the parameters and the engine start thresholds, and an output section that outputs the smallest margin level of the calculated margin levels.

  • Patent number: 10124677
Abstract: A regeneration control device for a vehicle includes: a motor control unit that drives a motor generator connected to running wheels of the vehicle at the time of decreasing a vehicle speed, so as to generate electricity, performing regenerative braking; a paddle switch that performs increasing/decreasing operation on a regeneration amount Tr by the motor generator; and a main control unit that performs increasing/decreasing control on the regeneration amount Tr continuously in response to the increasing/decreasing operation by the paddle switch, wherein the main control unit sets a regeneration amount increasing rate in an increasing operation of the regeneration amount by operation of an UP switch of the paddle switch to be higher than a regeneration amount decreasing rate in a decreasing operation of the regeneration amount by operation of a DOWN switch.

  • Patent number: 9994123
Abstract: A controlling apparatus is provided for a vehicle including a motor, an inverter, and a battery. The controlling apparatus includes a determiner, an estimator, and a controller. The determiner judges whether a first condition is satisfied or not. The first condition is satisfied if the vehicle is in a coasting state in a regeneration prohibited mode in which a regenerative brake is disabled. The estimator estimates whether a second condition is satisfied or not. The second condition is satisfied if the motor is not to generate a regenerative torque upon a shutdown of the inverter. The controller shuts down the inverter if the determiner judges that the first condition is satisfied and the estimator estimates that the second condition is satisfied.

  • Publication number: 20170282926
Abstract: A regeneration control apparatus which controls a regenerative braking force of an electric motor for driving an electric motor vehicle includes: a regeneration operation unit operated by a driver to select magnitude of the regenerative braking force stepwise from selection stages; a default operation unit operated by the driver to change the magnitude of the regenerative braking force to one of the selection stages which has been set as a default stage; a detection unit detecting an operation state on the regeneration operation unit during a learning period; and a default stage changing unit, when one of the selection stages whose selection frequency is highest during the learning period is different from one of the selection stages which has been currently set as the default stage, changing the default stage to another selection stage.

  • Patent number: 5340312
Abstract: In order to prevent invading of blood, saliva and other impurities inside of an elongated hand piece of a dental instrument for preventing infection, the inside contamination-free elongated hand piece has rectilinear means in the airholes of upper and lower lids of its head housing, thereby assuring that air flowing out from the head housing is rectified to helical stream, thereby causing no Karman's vortex street behind. The rectilinear means may be given in the form of helical ridges or slots formed on the inner surface of each airhole.
