  • Publication number: 20240131907
Abstract: An opening-and-closing body driving device includes an extendable unit including a spindle, a nut, a rod, a bearing, and a guide tube; and a driving unit. The guide tube includes an insertion portion, and an inner tube configured to allow movement of the nut in the axial direction and restrict rotation of the nut. A surface of the bearing facing a direction opposite to an insertion direction, in which the insertion portion is inserted, is defined as a first reference surface, and a surface of the housing facing a direction opposite to the insertion direction is defined as a second reference surface. A distance from the first reference surface of the bearing to a distal end of the inner peripheral wall is longer than a distance from the second reference surface of the housing to a distal end of the outer peripheral wall in the axial direction.

  • Publication number: 20220110217
Abstract: To prevent defects in microparticles from occurring in a case of arraying the microparticles having a diameter of less than or equal to 50 ?m on a base material. Provided is a microparticle arraying mask for arraying microparticles having a diameter of less than or equal to 50 ?m on a base material. The microparticle arraying mask has through-holes into which the microparticles are inserted. An opening plane of the through-holes on a microparticle supply side has an area smaller than an area of an opening plane of the through-holes on a microparticle discharge side. In a case of assuming that a direction from the opening plane on the microparticle supply side to the opening plane on the microparticle discharge side is a positive direction of a z-axis, and a sectional area of the through-holes vertical to the z-axis is A, dA(z)/dz>0 holds in a whole region in the through-holes along the z-axis, and Expression (1) below is satisfied: 0.4?t/d?1.0??(1).

  • Publication number: 20130118561
Abstract: Disclosed is a solar cell module in which a reduction in the adhesive strength of the sealing resin used is suppressed even after use in a severe environment for a long period of time, in which corrosion of an electrode is prevented, and which has favorable flame resistance. The solar cell module uses, as the sealing resin, a blended polymer of a thermoplastic ester polyol polyurethane resin including an ester-based polyol unit and a thermoplastic ether polyol polyurethane resin including an ether-based polyol unit. The blending mass ratio of the thermoplastic ester polyol polyurethane resin to the thermoplastic ether polyol polyurethane resin in the blended polymer is 10:90 to 50:50. The thermoplastic ether polyol polyurethane resin includes a polyurethane resin A having flame resistance and a polyurethane resin B having lower flame resistance but higher adhesion properties than the polyurethane resin A.

  • Publication number: 20120291866
Abstract: A solar cell module is manufactured by resin-sealing a solar cell having a surface electrode to which a tab wire is connected, a tab wire is connected to the surface electrode and the solar cell is sealed with a sealing resin at a relative low temperature during the resin sealing step. For such purposes, a thin-film solar cell having a surface electrode to which a tab wire is connected is resin-sealed with a conductive adhesive film by using a decompression laminator, whereby the thin-film solar cell module is manufactured. A decompression laminator having a first chamber and a second chamber partitioned by a flexible sheet is used. Each chamber is capable of independent internal pressure adjustment. The second chamber includes a heating stage capable of heating. A resin mutually compatible with the thermoplastic resin constituting the conductive adhesive film is used as the sealing resin.
