The calculating unit calculates a track of the supporting unit from a present position to the registered target position. The presenting unit presents the track until the supporting unit moves to reach the register target position. For example, the registering unit registers a target position coordinate and a target vertical axis rotation angle of the supporting unit as the target position.

Based on the vital data, rotating movements for collecting a plurality of pixel data are decided. When a plurality of two dimensional pixel data obtained in correspondence with a plurality of heart beat cycles, for example, is collected at a certain designated angle position, the radiography position is automatically moved to a next collecting angle position. A set of a plurality of two dimensional pixel data collected at the same phase of the vital data of the moving body is selected for generating three dimensional image data.

When the reliability determining section determines that the reliability degree of the character is low, the digital signature section attaches a value, which is different from the characteristic value calculated by the characteristic value calculating section, to the document data as the digital signature.
