Abstract: A motor drive apparatus includes: inverter modules equivalent in number to phases of a motor; and a control unit that generates a PWM signal for driving the inverter modules by using PWM. Each of the inverter modules includes: a plurality of pairs of switching elements, each pair of switching elements including two switching elements connected in series; a drive circuit; and a protection circuit. The plurality of pairs of switching elements is connected in parallel, and power GNDs that are reference terminals of the plurality of pairs of switching elements, a control GND that is a reference terminal of the drive circuit, and a terminal for overcurrent fault input in the protection circuit are independently exposed to the outside. The power GNDs and the control GND are connected to a single point on a printed circuit board by a wiring pattern.
Abstract: A method and apparatus for manufacturing a press component without generating cracks in a flange on an inner circumferential side of a curved portion includes press working by a free bending method on a blank consisting of an ultra-high tensile strength steel sheet. A press component is manufactured by performing cold press working on a blank of an ultra-high tensile strength steel sheet. By the press working, a material inflow facilitating portion that increases the amount by which a portion of the blank to be formed into an end portion of the press component flows into a portion of the blank to be formed into a flange on an inner circumferential side of the curved portion of the press component is provided in the vicinity of the portion of the blank to be formed into the flange on an inner circumferential side of the curved portion of the press component.

Abstract: Provided are a data obtaining method, an inverter, and a rotating electric machine capable of managing the operation state of a device without complicating the configuration thereof. Therefore, the data obtaining method uses an inverter for controlling a synchronous electric motor, wherein a position/speed calculation unit of the inverter calculates an electric angle of the synchronous electric motor from the value of the current flowing between the synchronous electric motor and the inverter and obtains data for each electric angle by sampling internal data within the inverter, said internal data being used for controlling the synchronous electric motor in synchronization with the information of the electric angle.

Abstract: An optical disc device capable of detecting a reference position of an optical disc in a rotating direction includes an optical disc rotation drive unit, an optical sensor, and a control circuit. The optical disc rotation drive unit rotates the optical disc provided with a rotation reference mark. The rotation reference mark is formed into a shape having a width changing in the radial direction of the optical disc. The optical sensor detects the rotation reference mark. The control circuit controls the optical disc rotation drive unit and the optical sensor, extracts a detection signal of the rotation reference mark as a pulse waveform from an output signal of the optical sensor with the optical disc being rotated, and specifies a rotation reference position of the optical disc in accordance with the pulse waveform.

Abstract: According to one embodiment, a processing system includes a processing device. The processing device performs at least a first determination of determining whether or not a detector contacts a welding object. The detector includes a plurality of detection elements arranged in a first direction. The detector transmits an ultrasonic wave toward the welding object and detects a reflected wave. The first determination is based on a detection result when the reflected wave is detected by the detector.
Abstract: The present invention provides a method for shear processing whereby a sheared surface having a small residual stress and excellent surface properties is formed and the service life of a punch is prolonged in a shear processing for shearing, by a shear line that crosses a weld zone, a workpiece with a large thickness of level difference of a weld zone and/or obtained by welding together a steel sheet having a strength of 1000 MPa or more and another steel sheet. The shearing for shear processing method according to the present invention is a method for shearing a workpiece having a weld zone using a punch and a die, the method characterized in that two protrusions are provided to a cutting edge of the punch, all or part of the weld zone of the workpiece is flanked from the two sides by the two protrusions, and the workpiece is sheared by a shear line that crosses the weld zone.

Abstract: According to one embodiment, a display control system acquires a tilt of a detector with respect to a weld portion. The detector includes a plurality of detection elements arranged along a first arrangement direction and a second arrangement direction. The first arrangement direction and the second arrangement direction cross each other. The tilt is calculated based on a detection result of a reflected wave obtained by transmitting an ultrasonic wave from the plurality of detection elements. The system displays a user interface, displays a symbol and a tolerance range in a region included in the user interface, and updates the display of the symbol in the region according to the acquiring of the tilt. The region spreads two-dimensionally. The symbol indicates the tilt. The tolerance range is of a target value of the tilt.

The processor estimates a range of the weld portion in the second direction based on an intensity distribution of the reflected wave in the second direction. The processor calculates a centroid position of an intensity distribution of the reflected wave in the first direction for each of a plurality of points in the second direction, and estimates a range of the weld portion in the first direction based on a plurality of the centroid positions.
Abstract: A curing-reactive organopolysiloxane composition is provided. The composition generally forms a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer which is curable by a hydrosilylation reaction, has excellent adhesiveness and handleability, and is capable of maintaining high transparency over an extended period of time without developing problems such as discoloration or coloration, even when subjected to long-term aging at a high temperature and even when exposed to high-energy rays such as UV rays over an extended period of time. The curing-reactive organopolysiloxane composition can be cured via hydrosilylation reaction. A content of platinum-based metal among a solid content is in the range of from 0.1 to 50 ppm. An adhesive force of a cured layer with a thickness of 50 ?m obtained by curing the composition is not less than 0.02N/25 mm. A pressure-sensitive adhesive layer obtained by curing the composition, and an electronic part or a display device using the same, are also provided.
