  • Patent number: 8034169
Abstract: An air cleaner that is capable of efficiently and effectively purifying and humidifying air. An air flow passage from air filters (4, 5) to a blower (8) is branched to first and second air flow passages (31, 32), and then these air flow passages join. A humidifying filter (14) is disposed in the first air flow passage (31), and a movable plate (35) for opening and closing the humidifying filter is disposed in the second air flow passage (32). The air cleaner comprises a control part (40) for controlling the opening and closing operation of the movable plate (35) and the rotating operation of the blower (8). A recess containing the air filters (4, 5) is formed in the front of the body (2) of the air cleaner. An air flow passage extending from under the recess to the back of the recess and bent upward is horizontally partitioned into upper and lower parts by a partition wall (27) to form the first air flow passage (31) and the second flow passage (32) in this order from the bottom.

  • Publication number: 20060170961
Abstract: A construction information extraction section acquires information about a construction of a document from order information about document production acquired by an order information acquisition section. A job definition section defines jobs for producing a component, based on the construction information, and also defines stages to be executed in each of the jobs. A job assignment section assigns the defined jobs to job workers. A progress management section acquires information about progress on each of the stages included in the jobs assigned to the job workers. This achieves production management adapted to the realities at the site of actual production such that each job for the production of the document is subdivided into a plurality of parts which in turn are assigned to the job workers.

  • Patent number: 5494823
Abstract: The object of the present invention is to permeate sample solution uniformly into an absorbent fibrous sheet. The gelation agent soluble in cold water absorbs moisture and forms a gel, thereby forming a gel medium. Microorganisms are thus cultivated. The surface of a waterproof plate 2 is coated with the mixture 3 of the gelation agent soluble in cold water and microorganism culture medium. Further, an absorbent fibrous sheet 4 is laid on the mixture 3. When the sample solution including microorganisms is poured onto the absorbent sheet 4, the solution is dispersed uniformly over the entire of the absorbent fibrous sheet 4 by the phenomenon of capillary attraction resulting from overlapped fibers. Subsequently, the mixture 3 of the gelation agent and culture medium coated on the plate 2 absorbs moisture and forms a gel. The fibers of the absorbent fibrous sheet 4 are buried and adhered into the mixture 3, thereby forming a gel medium for the culture of microorganisms.

  • Patent number: 4401094
Abstract: Two embodiments of dual fuel systems for internal combustion engines embodying a normal running fuel and a special fuel used for only cold starting. In each embodiment an arrangement is provided for positively cutting off the flow of starting fuel when the cold starting mode is no longer required. In one embodiment this is done automatically. Each embodiment employs an arrangement for permitting cold start enrichment with either the normal running fuel or with the special starting fuel depending upon the temperature.
