The seal compressing portion is positioned in the interior of the vehicle compartment and includes a tubing routing space through which inner tubing extends, and a drain space positioned below the tubing routing space to receive water drained from the tubing routing space. The drain space communicates with the exterior of the vehicle compartment via a through hole of the partition wall to discharge water from the drain space to the exterior of the vehicle compartment.

The seat member is provided by the base end portion and the cover end portion. The holder member is provided by the base depression portion and the cover depression portion. The holder member is positioned behind the seat member and supports the end pipes. The base portion and the cover portion are connected by a connecting mechanism. Behind the seat member, the holder member supports the end pipes, so that the end pipes are held stably.

The weather strip includes a sealing member integrally formed with a channel or strip body having an opening for receiving a body flange therein. The weather strip includes at least one sealing lip formed on an inner surface of the strip body that extends in the longitudinal direction and a connecting portion in which the interior sealing lip is cut away to define an interior passageway that will communicate with the outside of the channel. This assures draining of water and the like which may have entered inside the strip body.
