    Abstract: A semiconductor laser emitting device has a semiconductor laser emitting diode mounded on a heat sink attached to a side surface of a heat conductive stem accommodated in a package; and a top surface of the stem is oblique with respect to the optical path of a laser beam, roughened and topographically coated with an anti-reflecting film so as to drastically decrease a stray light.
