  • Publication number: 20060081796
Abstract: The image reading apparatus is providing with an optical unit 1 that illuminates the stimulable phosphor plate P with excitation light L1 from the light source while scanning it and reads the image information by condensing the photo-stimulated luminescence light emitted from the stimulable phosphor plate P and carrying out photoelectric conversion of this light, and a linear motor 7 that moves the stimulable phosphor plate P. In addition, it is provided with connecting means 6 and 61 that travel along with the stimulable phosphor plate P, a rotating device 92 and 93 that rotates due to the movement of the stimulable phosphor plate P transmitted via the connecting means 6 and 61, a rotation detecting device 5 that detects the rotational speed of the rotating device 92 and 93, and a speed control section 100 that controls the linear motor 7 by comparing the result of detection by the rotation detecting device 5 with a previously determined set speed.

  • Patent number: 5186754
Abstract: An extruder for coating magnetic layers onto electro-magnetic recording tape is disclosed, which is provided with two reservoirs and two outlet channels so as to permit simultaneous coating of two layers. The two outlet channels meet at an angle and merge into a single outlet channel, which extrudes the two layers between a front edge and a rear edge. The front edge has a shape of curvature, and the rear edge protrudes beyond a tangential line drawn from the end of the front edge curvature. The extruder is capable of producing double layered magnetic tape with or without a mixed zone between layers.
