  • Patent number: 11772239
Abstract: A clamping apparatus includes: a support member (19) inserted in a leading-end-side portion of the housing (1) so as to be movable in its axial direction; a resistance giving mechanism (34) configured to give resistance to axial movement of the support member (19); and an engagement maintaining mechanism (26) configured to maintain engagement between a wedge surface (24) of a clamp rod (7) and a locking member (23). When the clamp rod (7) is driven toward a leading end side for unclamping action, the clamp rod (7) moves the locking member (23) toward the leading end side via the support member (19) after the locking member (23) moves radially inward.

  • Publication number: 20230100690
Abstract: Provided is a magnetic clamp device that can be easily made into a state where a fall prevention function can be exerted when attaching adsorption objects. A support member (20) is protruded horizontally from an upper part of a magnetic plate (7) of the magnetic clamp device. A protruding member (28) is protruded upward from a mold as an adsorption object that is adsorbed and fixed to an adsorption surface (8) of the magnetic plate (7). The mold (9) is arranged so that the engagement portion (32) faces the locking portion (27) with a predetermined gap above the locking portion (27) in a state where the mold (9) is adsorbed and fixed at a predetermined position on the adsorption surface (8).

  • Patent number: 11255357
Abstract: The present invention makes a rotary movement smooth, the rotary movement allowing direct detection of the movement of an output member of a rotary clamp. In a clamp, an output member is accommodated in a cylinder hole. A first valve chamber, to which compressed air is supplied, is provided between a lower wall of a housing and the output member. A second valve chamber is a hollowed out portion of the output member so as to be provided open toward the first valve chamber. A valve rod is inserted into the second valve chamber from the lower wall. A valve rod passage that allows the second valve chamber to communicate with outside air is provided in the valve rod, and a seal section is provided in a peripheral gap where the valve rod and the second valve chamber move relatively to one another.

  • Patent number: 11141837
Abstract: A clamp rod (2) is inserted into a housing so as to be movable in a vertical direction. An attachment hole (6) is provided at a left end portion (3a) of a clamp arm (3), which is attachable to and detachable from the clamp rod (2). The attachment hole (6) passes through the left end portion in the vertical direction. An accommodation hole (8) is provided at a position to the upper right of the attachment hole (6). A transmission member (10) and a wedge member (15) configured to be brought into wedge engagement with the transmission member (10) from above are inserted into the accommodation hole (8). At the time of attaching the clamp arm (3) to the clamp rod (2), the wedge member (15) is pressed downward using a tightening bolt (21), and thereby the wedge member (15) presses the attachment hole (6) via the transmission member (10) and the clamp rod (2), and presses the accommodation hole (8).

  • Patent number: 4160200
Abstract: A monolithic photosensor array comprises first, second and third identical photodiodes. A light emitting diode illuminates the third photodiode continuously. An occluder disc is rotatably driven from the shaft of a servo motor between the light emitting diode and the first and second photodiodes. The disc is formed with a plurality of circumferentially spaced apertures which alternately cover and uncover the photodiodes which produce quasisinosoidal position signals in response thereto, the position signals of the first and second photodiodes being relatively 90.degree. out of phase. A computing circuit produces a motor shaft velocity command signal corresponding to the number of steps the shaft must rotate from the initial position to the new desired position and progressively reduces the magnitude of the velocity signal in response to the position signals.
