    Abstract: A chlorine-free adhesive composition of the present invention for use in the adhesion of a thermoplastic elastomer and a glass article, which comprises a modified polyolefin having a propylene-?-olefin copolymer as the main chain and at least one member selected from an ?,?-unsaturated carboxylic acid and an acid anhydride thereof, in a side chain, provides a sufficient adhesiveness between the thermoplastic elastomer and the glass. Further, a glass plate with a molding made of a thermoplastic elastomer, employing the chlorine-free adhesive composition, is provided.
