  • Patent number: 5258572
Abstract: A distributing box for laying a cable duct is dealt with in the construction field so that, after laying the cable duct, the box is sealed with mortar and then buried in the ground. Accordingly, the distributing box should desirably be set up in the construction field with ease. Underground water must not permeate the distributing box which has been buried in the ground. In the present invention, therefore, a distributing adapter which is mounted in the wall of a concrete box is constructed of a case which has a back plate, a partition wall which divides the interior of the case into a plurality of areas, a flange which is formed at the periphery of the case, and marks for drilling positions, which are put on the rear surface of the back plate.

  • Patent number: 5198617
Abstract: A distributing box for laying a cable duct in the construction field in is sealed, after laying the cable duct, with mortar and then buried in the ground. Accordingly, setting up the distributing box is simplified. Also, underground water must not permeate the distributing box. In the present invention, therefore, a duct laying fixture is constructed includes a box-shaped barrel of a water-expansible elastic material attached to the bellows type cable duct, and a water-expansible sheet which is stuck on the outer surface of the barrel. The barrel includes a duct mounting port in which the bellows type cable duct is mounted. Ribs are formed on the peripheral wall surface of the port to come into close contact with the outer peripheral surface of the bellows type cable duct. A slit permits spreading the barrel. The sheet is stuck on the outer surface of the barrel after the duct has been passed by spreading the barrel.

  • Patent number: 5190408
Abstract: Underground cables are laid in a concrete box which is to be buried in the ground. According to the present invention, an adapter is formed with a hole, and a bushing is mounted on the adapter through the hole. Subsequently, a cable duct is fitted into the bushing, and the resultant adapter is attached to the concrete box so as to conceal an opening provided in the concrete box beforehand.
