  • Patent number: 7208188
Abstract: A molded dried food material which can be preserved at normal temperature, exhibits favorable rehydrating property with full of voluminous feeling when rehydrated, maintaining excellent taste, color and eat feeling without permitting the shape to be collapsed. A method of producing a dried food material comprises the steps of blanching a food material to be treated to obtain a blanched food material; mixing a vehicle to the blanched food material to obtain a vehicle-mixed food material; drying the vehicle-mixed food material with the hot air until the weight reduces to no less than 20% but no more than 70% to obtain a rehydration dried food material; press-molding the rehydration dried food material to obtain a press-molded food material; and freeze-drying the press-molded food material to obtain a freeze-dried food material; wherein the press-molding process to press down the freeze-dried food material with a force which can be rehydrated back to a sufficient degree when rehydrated.

  • Patent number: 6312263
Abstract: In a connector having a plurality of conductive contacts assembled to an insulator, each of the contacts has unique structure for electrically connecting a first and a second board to each other. The first board has a primary surface and a secondary surface opposed to each other. The second board has a principal surface facing the secondary surface with a space left therebetween. In the unique structure, a base portion is placed in the space and held by the insulator. A first elastic portion extends from the base portion to face a primary surface. A first contact portion is protruded from the first elastic portion to come in contact with one of electrode patterns arranged on the primary surface. A second elastic portion extends from the base portion. A second contact portion is protruded from the second elastic portion to come in contact with one of electrode patterns arranged on the principal surface.

  • Patent number: 4333164
Abstract: A read only memory (ROM) comprising word lines, bit lines, virtual ground lines and memory cells of FETs arranged on intersections of the word lines and bit lines. A gate of each cell is connected to one of the word lines. A drain of each cell is connected to one of the bit lines. A source of each cell is connected to one of the virtual ground lines. According to the invention, the particular cells storing information "0" are depletion-type transistors, the threshold voltage of which being lowered by ion implantation. When the ROM is in operation with respect to the memory cells on a selected bit line, the potential difference between a selected word line and a selected virtual ground line is enough to turn on the depletion-type cell but not enough to turn on the other cells, and the potential difference between a nonselected word line and the selected virtual ground line is not enough to turn on the depletion-type cell.
