  • Patent number: 7247057
Abstract: A transmission board (10) comprises a frame body (30) and a surface board (20) supported by the frame body (30) and having a transmission circuit. The frame body (30) has plugging edges (33, 34) that project from the edges of the surface board (20) for guiding the terminals of mating connectors to connection pads on the surface board (20). The plugging edges have guiding slopes 33A and 33B, and 34A and 34B. At least the plugging edges of the frame body (30) are made of a metal or resin molding.

  • Publication number: 20060254393
Abstract: The invention provides a ratchet wrench which can secure constant friction applied to a shank to generate a desired torque from start of an operation irrespective of an outward increase in distance between a pair of annular hold portions. A frictional force generation means 92 including a first guide bush 82 and a disc spring 44 is attached to a shank 22A with a locking pin 90 to form a shank assembly 94 as an assembly. Spring force of the disc spring 44 acts not on the outside of the shank assembly 94, but only on the inside thereof. The shank assembly 94 is inserted from a central space 13a of a first annular hold portion 12a toward a second annular hold portion 12b, and the shank 22A is held by an inner wall of the second annular hold portion 12b.

  • Publication number: 20060137493
Abstract: Provided is a ratchet wrench for greatly decreasing the amount of wear at sliding-contact surfaces between a shank and a member which is in contact with the shank. A shank (32) as a rotating member is brought into contact with a friction member (70) formed of a sintered copper alloy, but is kept out of contact with an annular holding portion (20b). By contact of the shank (32) with the friction member (70) formed of a sintered copper alloy, the amount of wear of a sliding-contact surface of the shank (32) with the friction member (70) and that of a sliding-contact surface of the friction member (70) with the shank (32) become extremely smaller than in the prior art. Consequently, it is possible to prevent a lowering of friction of the shank (32) and perform a tightening or loosening work for bolts, etc. stably over a long period.

  • Publication number: 20060042829
Abstract: A transmission circuit board structure comprises at least one signal layer formed by a plurality of signal lines (20) arranged side by side, at least one ground layer formed of a ground plate (30) and provided in parallel to the signal layer, and a support member (10) made of a dielectric material, formed integrally with the signal lines to support the signal lines. The support member (10) has at least one connection member (12), which abuts against the ground plate (30) at a position where the insulation layer made by an air space is produced between the signal lines (20) and the ground plate (30).
