  • Publication number: 20060132325
Abstract: A transmitter transmits a wireless signal such as a request signal for a smart entry system by modulating a rectangular carrier wave with a base band signal from an antenna. A control unit is adapted to change the duty ratio of the carrier wave so as to change the transmission output of the wireless signal and thus to change its reception range. The control unit may also serve to change the transmission output of the wireless signal by varying the driving voltage that is applied to the antenna.

  • Publication number: 20050156723
Abstract: A passive transponder is started up by receiving an interrogation signal and returning a requested response signal. The startup is controlled by an interrogator using a startup control method by judging presence or absence of a return of the response signal while monotonically increasing transmission power of the interrogation signal from an initial value by an amount which is made smaller stepwise every time presence of the return is judged and maintaining the transmission power, after presence of the return is judged, at its value as of the time when presence of the return was judged.

  • Publication number: 20050001716
Abstract: To provide a tire pressure detecting device in which there is no need to perform changing operation of registration information at each time when switching summer tires to winter tires and the like. A tire pressure detecting device includes sensor units mounted within wheels of tires of a vehicle for detecting pressure of the tires and wirelessly transmitting information on the detected pressure and predetermined identification information; and a monitoring unit for receiving transmitted signals from the sensor units, and, when identification information included in the signals matches the reference information that has been held in advance, determines whether or not the information of the detected pressure included in the signals falls within a normal range, and, if the information does not fall within the normal range, issues a warning, and the characteristic point thereof is in that the identification information and the reference information are information unique to the vehicle (vehicle ID).

  • Publication number: 20040183714
Abstract: To acquire a more satisfactory operation feel by making a time lag as short as possible from the instant when push button switches on the side of a vehicle are pushed to the instant when a door is actually locked/unlocked or when a trunk is actually opened. A vehicular remote control system includes a mobile unit carried by a driver and a vehicle unit mounted on a vehicle. The mobile unit sequentially receives signals transmitted from an n-number of transmission antennas of the vehicle unit to measure the reception intensities of the individual response signals, and then transmits those n-number of pieces of reception intensity information all at once to the vehicle unit. The vehicle unit locates the mobile unit on the basis of the n-number of pieces of reception intensity information.

  • Patent number: 5656228
Abstract: In an injection molding method, a resin is injected into a cavity of a mold in such a manner that a pressure ratio of a cavity surface pressure in the cavity to a cylinder pressure of an injection molding device is not less than 0.65, a first pressure keeping process to keep the cylinder pressure at a constant is conducted after the filling step, the cylinder pressure is increased so that the cavity surface pressure in the cavity is 0.95 times or more larger than the pressure at the time that the cavity has been filled with the resin; and a second pressure keeping process to keep the changed increased pressure at least until a cavity surface temperature becomes lower than a glass transition temperature of the resin.
