  • Patent number: 10104370
Abstract: A three-dimensional image display device includes: an image display screen 10; a motion parallax amount measurement unit 12 which measures a to-display-screen parallax angle ?1 and a to-display-screen separation distance Le with respect to the screen 10; and a display unit 8 which selects a two-dimensional image of the object to be observed that has rotated by an angle ?? corresponding to the parallax angle ?1, and transmits the two-dimensional image to the screen 10. Each of the plurality of two-dimensional images is associated with three-dimensional information; the three-dimensional information includes at least the rotational angle ?? and a virtual separation distance Lo between the object to be observed and the image display screen; and the rotational angle ?? of the object to be observed is determined on the basis of the following formula: ??=?1×Le/(Lo+Le).

  • Patent number: 7468739
Abstract: Provided is an image display system in which image data of a commercial product as an article (8) is freely selected and given to a purchaser by using two-way communication such as Internet and the article (8) can be observed from a view point desired by the purchaser. In this system, the article (8) is placed on a turn table (16) which rotates around a rotational axis (15), an image is taken by a camera (9) installed on a wrist (19) of a robot (18) of plural axes while keeping camera posture Nv so that an optical axis (21) of the camera (9) passes through an observation point of the article (8), for example, a flower, and image data for respective plural imaging positions are stored in the memory (31). An operator specifies the imaging position continuously so that the image data corresponding to the specified imaging position is read out from the memory (31) and displayed by a display means (28) with a control means.

  • Patent number: 6089469
Abstract: A viscous fluid supply control apparatus reduces a difference between a primary side pressure of a feeding pump and a secondary side pressure thereof to lessen an internal leak of the feeding pump. The viscous fluid supply control apparatus comprises a viscous fluid supply source, a discharge nozzle for discharging a viscous fluid, a feeding pump for feeding the viscous fluid from the viscous fluid supply source to the discharge nozzle, a first pressure sensor for detecting the primary side pressure of the feeding pump, a second pressure sensor for detecting the secondary side pressure of the feeding pump, and pressure regulation control means for controlling actuation of pressure regulating means regulating the primary side pressure based on detection values obtained by the first and second pressure sensors. The pressure regulation control means controls the actuation of the pressure regulating means such that the primary side pressure of the feeding pump converges on the secondary side pressure thereof.

  • Patent number: 5989643
Abstract: The present invention provides a positioning method and layout that can be used to dispose robots efficiently in an automobile painting and sealing line. This invention relates to the positioning of robots in an automobile painting line in which a downflow circulatory system is established. The main body of a sealing robot is positioned in a location at which it does not cause a large disruption in the downflow circulation along the side of an automobile body, and a robot for painting the under-surface of the floor of the automobile body is provided therebelow. Sealing and painting of the under-surface are performed in parallel.
