  • Patent number: 12009767
Abstract: A motor control device for controlling a brushless motor including a rotor and a three-phase armature coil includes: a position detection unit which detects the rotational position of the rotor; a control unit which outputs, in a first control mode or a second control mode, a first drive signal or a second drive signal to an inverter at a current-supply timing based on the rotational position of the rotor; and the inverter which outputs a first current-supply signal or a second current-supply signal to the three-phase armature coil when the first drive signal or the second drive signal is input. For any two of the three phases, a duty value when the duty of the applied voltages is the same is larger in the second control mode than in the first control mode.

  • Publication number: 20240072605
Abstract: A brushless motor includes a motor part and a gear part. The motor part includes: a rotating shaft, having a first gear; a rotor, having a bottom wall and a side wall, the bottom wall being fixed to the rotating shaft; magnets, fixed to the side wall and arranged side by side in a circumferential direction of the rotor; a stator, provided between the rotating shaft and the magnets in a radial direction of the rotor and wound with a coil; and a motor housing, rotatably supporting the rotating shaft, and accommodating the rotor and the stator. The gear part includes: a second gear, meshed with the first gear; an output shaft, having an output part, having a base end side thereof fixed to the second gear, and parallel to the rotating shaft; and a gear housing, rotatably supporting the output shaft, and accommodating the second gear.

  • Publication number: 20230104723
Abstract: Provided are a winding device and a motor A nozzle that feeds out a coil has: a nozzle hole from which the coil is fed out; an inner-diameter round chamfered part formed on an opening edge of a tip of the nozzle; an outer-diameter round chamfered part formed on the outer peripheral edge of the tip of the nozzle. When the wire diameter of the coil is defined as ?c, the inner diameter of the nozzle hole is defined as ?in, the radius of curvature of the inner-diameter round chamfered part is defined as Rin, and the radius of curvature of the outer-diameter round chamfered part is defined as Rout, they satisfy 1.2?c??in?1.4?c, 0.5?c?Rin??c, and 0.25?c?Rout?0.5?c.

  • Publication number: 20200083789
Abstract: A brushless motor includes: a stator having a stator core and a winding; a rotor having a magnet; and a magnetic sensor for detecting the rotational position of the rotor. The rotor has a skew structure, and the magnet is skew-magnetized. The magnet has an overhang part. The magnetic sensor is disposed opposite to an axial end surface of the overhang part. The skew angle of the magnet is set in accordance with the angular deviation of sensor arrangement corresponding to motor specifications such as ?-connection or sine wave drive in a state where the magnetic sensor is disposed at an optimum position less affected by a winding field.
