    Abstract: A transport device transports an individualized sheet-shaped workpiece. The transport device includes: an annular transport belt having a first surface and a second surface opposite to the first surface and having a plurality of suction holes extending between the first surface and the second surface; first and second decompression chambers arranged along a moving direction of the transport belt; and a vacuum degree adjusting mechanism provided in the first decompression chamber and adjusting a vacuum degree in the first decompression chamber. The first and second decompression chambers each abut against the second surface, and each suction the workpiece through at least one of the plurality of suction holes toward the first surface such that the transport belt is capable of transporting the workpiece in the moving direction in a suspended state from the first surface.

    Abstract: Gripping teeth and grippers capable of reliably grasping a test piece to conduct a material test even for a brittle material or a composite material are provided. Multiple protrusions which are referred to as blade-shaped teeth having pointed leading ends are formed on tooth surfaces (15). The gripping teeth have the tooth surfaces (15) on which teeth cutting from two directions are crossed to form the protrusions and intervals between the protrusions are reduced to increase an amount of the protrusions. When a test piece is grasped by the gripping teeth, a force applied to each protrusion is reduced, and thus a depth by which each protrusion bites into the test piece can be shallow, and the test piece strength at grasped parts of the test piece can be prevented from decreasing.

    Abstract: A guide route search device basically includes specification means, calculation means, judgment means, and selection means. The specification means specifies a plurality of locations. The calculation means calculates the arrival time at each of the locations when successively visiting them with a certain via-sequence while eliminating passing through a place which may be congested. The judgment means judges whether the arrival time of each location calculated is matched with the arrival time condition at each location. The selection means selects the via-sequence where the judgment means has judged that the conditions are matched at all the locations specified, as a via-sequence of the guide route. Thus, it is possible to find a guide route via a plurality of via-locations so that a stay with a desired state can be realized at each via-location.
