    Abstract: The present technology relates to a data processing device, a data processing method, and a program capable of producing various scenes at a facility existing in a real space as realistic CG images without requiring time and effort. A movement route is generated for a person model included in a 3D model that is dynamic and provided for forming a CG image. The person model moves on a virtual facility model imitating a facility in a real space. The movement route is generated using a statistic associated with a real user moving in the facility.
