Publication number: 20240153765Abstract: A method for producing a group III nitride semiconductor includes a loading step (S1), a decompression step (S2), a heating step (S3), an excitation gas supply step (S5), and an organometallic gas supply step (S6). In the loading step (Si), a substrate is loaded into a chamber. In the decompression step (S2), a suction part reduces a pressure inside the chamber. In the heating step (S3), a heater provided inside the chamber heats the substrate. In the excitation gas supply step (S5), a first gas that contains nitrogen without containing hydrogen is supplied to a plasma generator, and an excitation gas obtained by turning the first gas into plasma by the plasma generator is supplied to the substrate inside the chamber. In the organometallic gas supply step (S6), a second gas that is an organometallic gas that contains a group III element is supplied to the substrate inside the chamber.Type: ApplicationFiled: March 9, 2022Publication date: May 9, 2024Inventors: Masaki INABA, Kei SUZUKI, Masaru HORI, Osamu ODA, Kazuki KODAMA

Patent number: 11381754Abstract: A camera control section (21) fixes among parameters for photographing which are set in a camera (1), another parameter than exposure time, and causes the camera (1) to photograph a photographing target area while changing the exposure time. An image acquisition section (11) acquires N (N?3) images of the photographing target area acquired by photographing by the camera (1). A model generation section (100) extracts for each pixel position, pixel values of a same pixel position from the N images, and generates a model indicating for each pixel position, a relationship between exposure times and pixel values, based on the extracted pixel values of the same pixel position and an exposure time at a time of photographing of each of the N images. A luminance value calculation section (52) calculates a luminance value for each pixel position, using the generated model and a luminance coefficient.Type: GrantFiled: May 21, 2021Date of Patent: July 5, 2022Assignee: Mitsubishi Electric CorporationInventors: Eiji Yamamoto, Masaki Oda, Seiji Okumura

Patent number: 7891022Abstract: Moisture retentive gloves characterized by using fibers treated with a moisture retentive component as fibers of an internal surface of gloves fabricated of a rubber or a synthetic resin. In particular, moisture retentive gloves wherein the fibers of an internal surface of gloves are staple fibers bonded to the internal surface of glove base material fabricated of a rubber or a synthetic resin, some or all of the staple fibers treated with a moisture retentive component; and moisture retentive gloves wherein the fibers of an internal surface of gloves are fibers of gloves fabricated of a cloth as a raw material of the gloves, some or all of the fibers constituting the cloth gloves treated with a moisture retentive component. These moisture retentive gloves, even if used repeated times and used for a prolonged period of time, do not affect the normal bacteria on the skin by virtue of the action of the moisture retentive component retained on the fibers, so that hand skin chapping or the like can be prevented.Type: GrantFiled: April 18, 2003Date of Patent: February 22, 2011Assignee: S.T.
