Patent number: 11912989Abstract: An objective of the present invention is to provide target tissue-specific antigen-binding molecules, antigen-binding molecules whose antigen-binding activity varies depending on the concentration of an unnatural compound, libraries comprising a plurality of the antigen-binding molecules which are different from one another, pharmaceutical compositions comprising the antigen-binding molecules, methods of screening for the antigen-binding molecules, and methods for producing the antigen-binding molecules. The present inventors created antigen-binding domains whose antigen-binding activity varies depending on the concentration of a small molecule compound or antigen-binding molecules containing an antigen-binding domain, and libraries comprising a plurality of the antigen-binding domains which are different from one another or antigen-binding domains, and demonstrated that the above-noted objective could be achieved by using the libraries.Type: GrantFiled: February 23, 2021Date of Patent: February 27, 2024Assignee: Chugai Seiyaku Kabushiki KaishaInventors: Tomoyuki Igawa, Shigero Tamba, Shun Shimizu, Kanako Tatsumi, Shojiro Kadono, Hiroki Kawauchi, Kazuhiro Ohara, Masayuki Matsushita, Takashi Emura, Masaki Kamimura

Patent number: 7906219Abstract: A metallic glass laminate of the present invention is characterized in that a metallic glass layer of amorphous phase is formed on the substrate surface, and there is no continuous pore (pinhole) through the metallic glass layer. The metallic glass laminate is preferably obtained by solidification and lamination of at least part of the metallic glass powder in the molten state or in the supercooled liquid state on the substrate surface. Because of the dense metallic glass layer of homogenous amorphous phase, the functionalities of metallic glass such as corrosion resistance and wear resistance can be satisfactorily provided. A thick and a large-area metallic glass layer can be formed. The metallic glass layer can also be formed into various shapes within the supercooled liquid temperature range. In addition, a metallic glass bulk can be obtained by removing the substrate.Type: GrantFiled: March 25, 2005Date of Patent: March 15, 2011Assignees: Topy Kogyo Kabushiki Kaisha, Tohoku University, Akihisa InoueInventors: Masaki Ohara, Takanori Igarashi, Masaharu Sugiyama, Seiji Yamada, Kenichi Takahashi, Atsuo Mochizuki, Yoshitsugu Motoe, Akihisa Inoue, Hisamichi Kimura

Patent number: 7004474Abstract: A seal for an endless track has a cross section having a centerline parallel to an axis of the seal and a configuration symmetric with respect to the centerline of the cross section. The seal can include an elastically deformably configured portion having a cross section like alphabetical letter X, and a protrusion extending from an intersection of legs of letter X in a bushing-side direction further than a plane connecting bushing-side end portions of the legs of letter X. The protrusion has an end surface where the protrusion contacts the bushing. The seal can further include an embedding portion embedded in a space between legs of letter X, on a bushing-side of the intersection of the legs of letter X.Type: GrantFiled: June 25, 2003Date of Patent: February 28, 2006Assignees: Topy Kogyo Kabushiki Kaisha, Nippon Valqua Industries, Ltd.Inventors: Kenichi Takahashi, Masaki Ohara, Akiyoshi Kurihara, Seiji Oomura, Noriyuki Andou, Takashi Konno, Hiromasa Muraki, Akira Muramatsu, Shunsuke Tanaka, Kouji Toriyama

Patent number: 6913330Abstract: An endless track includes an iron link belt, a continuous pad, and a connecting device. The iron link belt includes a link unit assembly constructed of a plurality of link units connected to each other. Each link unit includes a pair of links. The iron link belt may include a plate welded to the pair of links and extending perpendicularly to a direction in which the link unit assembly extends. The continuous pad includes the same number of core metal plates as that of the link units and a single urethane rubber belt covering and being attached to a ground opposing surface of each of the core metal plates. The urethane rubber belt extends continuously over all of the core metal plates. The urethane rubber belt may include a small thickness portion positioned between two adjacent core metal plates. The connecting device connects the iron link belt and the continuous pad.Type: GrantFiled: September 20, 2001Date of Patent: July 5, 2005Assignee: Topy Kogyo Kabushiki KaishaInventors: Hiroyuki Takeno, Hirokatsu Niitsu, Kiyokazu Niwa, Makoto Takagi, Masaki Ohara

Patent number: 5758301Abstract: The deceleration of a vehicle on receiving an impact is detected to produce an analog deceleration signal, which is converted to digital samples. The digital samples that occur during a successively shifted window are integrated to produce a velocity signal. The analog deceleration signal is passed through an analog bandpass filter to extract frequency components which appear uniquely on receiving the impact The bandpass-filtered signal is converted to a digital bandpass-filtered signal which is converted to a first impact energy signal having an absolute digital value and the velocity signal is differentiated to produce a second impact energy signal. The first and second impact energy signals are compared with first and second threshold values and first and second decision outputs are produced when the first and second impact energy signals are respectively higher than the first and second threshold values.Type: GrantFiled: July 31, 1995Date of Patent: May 26, 1998Assignee: NEC CorporationInventors: Tomomi Saito, Masaki Ohara
