  • Patent number: 10085461
Abstract: The present invention not only forms an electric field environment that can be controlled to differentiate between preservation of food freshness and promotion of ripening but also promotes fermentation by fermentative microbes, propagates plankton and inhibits bacterial reproduction. An electrode plate 2 is set inside a refrigerator 1 or an adjustable temperature box 6. Food 3 or a yogurt container 9 is place thereon. The electrode plate 2, 10 is connected to a power source 4, 11. Selection between food freshness preservation and promotion of ripening, and promotion of fermentation of fermented foods such as yogurt are performed by rectification, and voltage and frequency control of the power source. Additionally, propagation of phytoplankton and inhibition of bacterial reproduction are performed by controlling the frequency, voltage and ON/OFF timing of the power source.

  • Publication number: 20100200554
Abstract: Welding equipment includes a torch for irradiating a laser beam, wire feeding means for feeding a filler wire, and tracking means for controlling the moving tracks of the torch and the wire feeding means so as to make the moving tracks follow a welding line. The tracking means has a contactor provided so as to be advanceable/retractable for making contact with a joint object resiliently. The torch and the wire feeding means are moved so as to follow the welding line by touching the contactor of the tracking means resiliently to the joint object while feeding the filler wire to a welding portion and irradiating that portion with the laser beam, thereby joining the joint objects.

  • Patent number: 7738258
Abstract: A semiconductor mounting board 80 is prepared by electrically joining an IC chip 70 via an interposer 60 of high rigidity to external pads 41 and internal pads 43, which are formed on the uppermost surface of a build-up layer 30. When the IC chip 70 generates heat, since pads 41 are positioned away from the center, a large shearing stress is applied to the portions at which pads 41 are joined to the interposer 60 in comparison to the portions at which pads 43 are joined to the interposer 60. Here, pads 41 are formed at substantially flat wiring portions and thus when joined to the interposer 60 by means of solder bumps 51, voids and angled portions, at which stress tends to concentrate, are not formed in the interiors of solder bumps 51. The joining reliability is thus high.

  • Patent number: 7633188
Abstract: A sliding device with onboard moving-magnet linear motor is envisaged making the reciprocating stroke of a table longer, and enhancing the propulsion, high velocity and response of the table even with small in dimension, compact in construction and better in production efficiency. With the sliding device, a bed serves as a coil yoke while a table is as a magnet yoke. An armature assembly is composed of armature windings, a board on which the armature windings lie in juxtaposition, a wiring lying on the board and making connections with a power line to supply electric power to the armature windings, a protective sheet covering an overall surface of the armature windings and moldings of adhesive material to get the armature windings and connections of a power line with wiring closely adhering to the board.

  • Patent number: 7514824
Abstract: A sliding system has an X-table and a Z-table, which are actuated by linear motors, respectively. The Z-table is arranged on the X-table at the same side of the X-table as a bed is laid. A linear motor is placed between the bed and the X-table while another linear motor is installed between the X-table and the Z-table. The X-table doubles as yokes for the linear motors. The sliding system constructed as stated earlier is made slim or compact in height or thickness.

  • Patent number: 7498700
Abstract: An improvement in high-speed and response performances is achieved with simple structure. A bed faces a movable table on which permanent magnets divided from each other in a stroke direction of the movable table are provided. One or more armature coils are provided on the bed facing the permanent magnets. Upon passage of an electric-current through the armature coils, an electromagnetic interaction between the armature coil current and magnetic fluxes of the permanent magnets produces a thrust force for relative movement between the two mobile units. A magnetic member is provided on the movable table in a position corresponding to a maximum point or a vicinity thereof of a magnetic force of the permanent magnets when the movable table is in a neutral position in the stroke direction. When the mobile units relatively move from the neutral position, the magnetic force of the permanent magnets acts on the magnetic member.

  • Publication number: 20070278866
Abstract: A sliding system has a coil spring to keep balance in weight when a table moves up and down on the bed placed in upright posture. The sliding system is comprised of a bed, a table allowed to move relatively to the bed, a linear motor including a field magnet secured on the table and composed of magnet strips juxtaposed in an array that their polarities alternate in an sliding direction of the table, and an armature assembly having coreless armature windings of flat configuration lying on the bed in opposition to the field magnet, and a coil spring fastened to the bed and the table. The coil spring is constantly energized with any spring force across an effective stroke covering reciprocal traveling range of the table relatively to the bed.
