  • Patent number: 10754327
Abstract: To provide a numerical controller, a numerical control method and a numerical control program enabling to improve laser cutting speed. A numerical controller for dividing a laser cutting range into a plurality of sections and performing cutting in the respective sections with individual laser outputs includes a nonvolatile memory for storing division conditions and laser output conditions for the plurality of respective sections in association with a cutting condition identifier, and a CPU for specifying the cutting condition identifier as a command value along with an axial movement command in a cutting program, thereby sequentially applying the stored laser output conditions to the plurality of respective sections.

  • Patent number: 10300556
Abstract: A controller performs gap control such that a Z-axis position of a tip of a cutting head of the machine is not below a preset lower limit position while keeping the distance between the tip of the cutting head and a workpiece constant. The numerical controller calculates a substantial lower limit position based on a detected state of the workpiece and the preset lower limit position. If the Z-axis position of the tip of the cutting head is below the calculated substantial lower limit position, it is compensated so as not to be below the substantial lower limit position.

  • Patent number: 10010975
Abstract: When positioning operation control is carried out from a machining end point to the next machining start point in laser beam machining using gap control of a nozzle, if positioning extends over a plurality of consecutive blocks, instead of allowing a gap control axis to automatically retreat or return by positioning of each block, the movement of the nozzle is controlled such that the gap control axis is allowed to automatically retreat by positioning of the first block and allowed to automatically return by positioning of the last block.

  • Publication number: 20170297107
Abstract: The additive fabrication processing method includes: a setting step of setting a speed command value indicating the speed of a processing head, and a metal powder supply amount command value indicating a supply amount of the metal powder corresponding to the speed command value; an acquisition step of acquiring both a speed indicating the speed of the processing head at which actually moving and an actual distance indicating a distance actually between the processing head and a surface on which spraying metal powder; and a supply amount calculation step of calculating a metal powder supply amount by correcting the metal powder supply amount command value based on the speed and the actual distance, so that a program command route and a processed surface match.

  • Publication number: 20160265037
Abstract: A buffer composition for hybridization of a target nucleic acid is provided. The nucleic acid can include a nucleotide to be detected with a nucleic acid probe. The probe can contain a nucleotide sequence complementary to the target nucleic acid. The buffer can include a blocking nucleic acid having a nucleotide sequence complementary to a non-target nucleic acid having a nucleotide not to be detected corresponding to the nucleotide to be detected. The buffer composition can suppress non-specific hybridization to the nucleic acid probe even when a non-target nucleic acid is present. The use of the buffer composition can achieve excellent detection efficiency of the target nucleic acid.

  • Patent number: 7269936
Abstract: It is an object of the present invention to provide a spinning device that detects early that fibers F have been accumulated in an air exhausting space 55 to prevent a defect (weak yarn) in a spun yarn. A spinning device in accordance with the present invention includes a pneumatic spinning nozzle 19, a whirling current generating chamber 25 in which fibers are twisted using a whirling air current generated by the pneumatic spinning nozzle, an air exhausting space 55 that is in communication with the whirling current generating chamber 25, a negative pressure source that sucks air from the air exhausting space 55, and a pressure sensor 63 that detects a pressure in the air exhausting space 55. When the pressure detected by the pressure sensor 63 during a spinning operation performed by the pneumatic spinning nozzle 19 rises to at least a predetermined value, the unit controller 32 performs control such that the spinning operation is stopped. The unit controller 32 further lights an alarm lamp 71.
