    Abstract: A photoelectric conversion device includes: pixels forming columns and each configured to output a pixel signal; and comparator units provided to respective columns and each configured to receive the pixel signal from the pixels on a corresponding column and the reference signal. Each comparator unit includes a comparator having a first input node that receives the pixel signal and a second input node that receives the reference signal, a first capacitor that connects a reference signal line and the second input node, a second capacitor whose one electrode is connected to the second input node, and a select unit that connects the other electrode of the second capacitor to either the reference signal line or a reference voltage line. The other electrode of the second capacitor is connected to the reference signal line during first mode AD conversion and connected to the reference voltage line during second mode AD conversion.

The motor is driven by input power generated using renewable energy. The compressor is mechanically connected to the motor and compresses air. The pressure accumulation tank accumulates the compressed air compressed by the compressor. The expander is driven by the compressed air supplied from the pressure accumulation tank. The generator is mechanically connected to the expander. The first heat exchanger exchanges heat between the compressed air supplied from the compressor and a heat medium and cools the compressed air to room temperature. The cold heat extracting unit extracts air serving as working fluid as cold air of the room temperature or lower.

    Abstract: In a multilayer coil component, an end of a lower coil layer and an end of a connecting part are directly overlapped, and the end of the lower coil layer includes a contact edge positioned on a side of the connecting part and being in contact with the connecting part and a non-contact edge positioned on a side opposite to the connecting part and not being in contact with the connecting part. Then, the contact edge and the non-contact edge are not overlapped when viewed from a laminated direction. Consequently, a propagation distance of a crack becomes longer as compared with the case where an end face is parallel to the laminated direction, effectively suppressing advance of the crack. Suppressed advance of a crack in this manner makes the multilayer coil component provide a high component strength as a whole.
