  • Patent number: 11437873
Abstract: A plurality of split iron cores combined with each other to form an annular shape and having yoke portions arranged along an outer circumference of the annular shape and tooth portions protruding to an inner side in a radial direction from the yoke portions, insulators disposed at both ends in an axial direction of each split iron core, and a coil wound around each tooth portion through at least parts of the insulators, are included. The insulators have protrusions protruding from end surfaces in a circumferential direction of each yoke portion. When the coil is wound around the tooth portion, each protrusion is deformed, thereby being fixed together with the yoke portion.

  • Publication number: 20190319500
Abstract: The split core unit includes a split core, a coil, and an insulating member insulating the split core from the coil. The insulating member has end-surface insulating members. Each end-surface insulating member has, at a circumferential-direction center of the outer circumferential surface, a straight-shaped first groove extending in the axial direction. A yoke portion of the split core has, at a circumferential-direction center of the outer circumferential surface, a straight-shaped second groove extending in the axial direction over the entire length of the split core. The first grooves of the two end-surface insulating members and the second groove of the split core communicate with each other. The two first grooves appear to overlap the second groove as seen in the axial direction.

  • Patent number: 7817229
Abstract: In a transflective type LCD provided with a transparent region and a reflection region in each pixel, when an irregular film 11 is formed on an active matrix substrate 12 to form irregularities of a reflection electrode film 6, the irregular film 11 is specifically formed to almost the same film thickness in both the transparent region and the reflection region to provide substantially the same inter-substrate gap in these two regions so that they may have almost the same V-T characteristics and also the reflection electrode film 6 made of Al/Mo is formed so as to overlap with a transmission electrode film 5 made of ITO all around an outer periphery of the transmission electrode film 5 by a width of at least 2 ?m, thus suppressing electric erosion from occurring between the ITO and Al substances at the edge of the transmission electrode film 5.

  • Patent number: 7075603
Abstract: In a semi-transmission type liquid crystal display and a method for fabricating the same, a reflective electrode such as aluminum layer and a transparent electrode such as ITO film are used to form a pixel electrode that is provided on an organic film having an uneven surface. In order to effectively restrict the battery effect between a reflective electrode and a transparent electrode, a surface of the organic film is put in a plasma-processing and then is washed by a washing liquid. Thereafter, the transparent electrode is formed and then the reflective electrode such as a double layer electrode of the aluminum layer and the molybdenum layer are formed.
