    Abstract: A UE capable of performing communication via a satellite receives a wait range via a first satellite from a first PLMN. In a case that the UE becomes able to perform communication via a second satellite connected to the first PLMN after becoming unable to perform communication via the first satellite, the UE selects the first PLMN, generates a wait timer based on the wait range, and starts a timer using the wait timer. In a case that an emergency call is made during the timer running, the UE stops the timer and performs a registration procedure for the emergency call. In a case that an emergency call is not made during the timer running, the UE performs the registration procedure after the timer expires.

    Abstract: An anti-glare film is prepared which have a ratio R/V of a scattered specular reflection intensity R to a total V of scattered reflection intensity being from 0.01 to 0.12 and an absolute value of a chromaticity b* of transmitted light being 3 or less. The anti-glare film includes a transparent substrate layer, and an anti-glare layer formed on at least one surface of the transparent substrate layer. The anti-glare layer may be a cured product of a curable composition including one or more types of a polymer component and one or more types of a curable resin precursor component, and in particular, at least two components selected from a polymer component and a curable resin precursor component can be phase separated through liquid phase spinodal decomposition. This anti-glare film can achieve non-coloring properties and anti-glare properties in a compatible manner.

The anti-glare layer is set to have a sparkle value falling within a range from 6 to 10, which is defined based on a value of a standard deviation of luminance distribution of the display under a state in which the anti-glare film is attached on the surface of the display, a value of specular gloss of 30% or less, which is measured with 60-degree specular gloss, a value of transmission image clarity of 60% or less, which has an optical comb of 0.5 mm, and a haze value of 50% or less. Consequently, satisfactory anti-glare property can be provided while appropriately suppressing sparkle on the display.

The turntable 103 is driven by a single motor 106, and all of the wafers 104 are rotated at once. During rotation, the notches 104a of all the wafers 104 are detected by an optical sensor 116 provided to a sensor pole 117, and the angular position thereof is stored. The wafers 104 are rotated on the basis of the angular position data, and notch alignment is performed successively, starting with the bottom wafer 104.

    Abstract: Composite units of an optical semiconductor device and a supporting substrate are disclosed, in which the rear surface of the optical semiconductor device is provided with one or more electrode patterns and the top surface of the supporting substrate is provided with one or more electrode patterns. The optical semiconductor device and the supporting substrate are fixed to each other by once melting and solidifying one or more solder bumps which intervene between the one or more electrode patterns provided on the rear surface of the optical semiconductor device and the one or more electrode patterns provided on the top surface of the supporting substrate. A good grade of accuracy in the mutual geometric position of the optical semiconductor device and the supporting substrate is obtained in a horizontal direction due to a phenomenon called "the self alignment results" in this specification, in which a molten metal is inclined to become a ball based on surface tension.
