When an external magnetic flux in a lateral direction passes through an accommodation space between the first and second magnetic plates, a trajectory of the external magnetic flux is bent by the first and second magnetic plates, and the accommodation space is divided into a permeable space, through which the external magnetic flux passes, and a non-permeable space, through which the external magnetic flux does not pass. The bus bar is arranged in the accommodation space. The magneto-electric conversion element is arranged in the non-permeable space. The bus bar and the magneto-electric conversion element are lined in the height direction.

Detection inaccuracy resulting from such displacement can thereby be prevented or reduced.

A state estimating device estimates a parking state of the vehicle based on the change of the parameter. A determination rule setting device sets a determination rule based on an estimation result of the state estimating device. A determining device generates an operational signal when the determining device determines that there is fear of theft by comparing the tilt and the determination rule. A warning device informs the fear of the theft of the vehicle based on the operational signal.

The sensitivities are weighted to provide a total output characteristic of the weighted detection signals of which magnitude varies according to the incident angle. Weighting is provided by a signal processing circuit by controlling gains, or a translucent film on the photodetectors for controlling transparencies portions above respective photodetectors, or opaque films on the photodetectors for controlling amounts of the light to respective photodetectors. A first function signal may be obtained from a part of photodetectors for an air conditioner and a second function signal may be obtained from all of photodetectors for head lamp on/off controlling.

    Abstract: A plated nickel-titanium alloy product having a plated layer of nickel or a nickel alloy containing 5 to 15% by weight of cobalt. This product exhibits excellent surface treatability and workability, as well as shape memory effect and super-elasticity. Thus the product is most suitable for eyeglass frame components or similar ornamental articles.The product is produced by plating a layer of nickel or a nickel-cobalt alloy on the nickel-titanium alloy, dehydrogenating, cold working with not less than 10% working ratio, and subjecting to a final heat treatment between 300.degree. C. and 900.degree. C. If the final heat treatment is conducted between 750.degree. C. and 900.degree. C. for 10 to 120 seconds, a product with 4% or more super-elasticity at room temperature can be obtained.
