  • Publication number: 20190356209
Abstract: In the case of this motor device, tip parts (230) of first protrusion sections (23), which hold a stator core (60) from inside of a first case (21) in the direction of a rotational center axis line (LO) in conjunction with a second case (22), are tapered toward the stator core (60). Also, tip parts (240) of second protrusion sections (24), which hold the stator core (60) from inside of the second case (22) in the direction of the rotational center axis line (LO) in conjunction with the first case (21), are tapered toward the stator core (60). Thus, when the protruding lengths of the first protrusion sections (23) and the second protrusion sections (24) are set somewhat long in advance, the first protrusion sections (23) and the second protrusion sections (24) hold the stator core (60) in a state in which the tip parts (230, 240) are crushed.

  • Publication number: 20180141505
Abstract: A curvature regulating member with increased rigidity and a power supply device having the curvature regulating member is provided. A plurality of member pieces is arranged along a wire harness. A flexible connection couples the member pieces adjacent to each other. A curvature regulating member regulates a curvature of the wire harness on a XY plane by abutting the adjacent member pieces one another. The member piece includes a first projection and a second projection. The first projection and the second projection in the adjacent member pieces make contact with one another in the width direction, and thereby a position of the member piece in the width direction is regulated.

  • Publication number: 20180138777
Abstract: A motor in which a stator core is positioned in a case; a motor device equipped with the motor; and a pointer type display device are provided. Specifically, in a motor, a stator core is equipped with a round hole and an elongated hole, and positioning parts that correspond to the round hole and the elongated hole are formed in a first case. The positioning part is equipped with a cut-out part, guide parts disposed to either side of the cut-out part, and a projecting part positioned to the outer peripheral side of the cut-out part. The elongated hole is formed in a protruded part that protrudes to the outer peripheral side from a connecting part of the stator core. The stator core is positioned by fitting the round hole into a support shaft of a first gear, and fitting the projecting part of the positioning part into the elongated hole.

  • Publication number: 20170343393
Abstract: The geared motor and pointer display device are provided with a stopper mechanism which restricts the range of movement of the trailing-side gear when the trailing-side gear rotates in a counter-clockwise direction. Of the stopper touching part and the part touched by the stopper that together constitute the stopper mechanism, the stopper touching part comprises the end of a gear-side protrusion which is integrally formed with the middle part at the outer peripheral surface of the middle part of the trailing-side gear. As a consequence, the stopper touching part comes into contact with the part touched by the stopper at a position close to the central axis of rotation of the trailing side gear. Therefore, when the stopper mechanism is activated, the collision energy to which the trailing side cog is subjected is minimal, which makes it possible to suppress the rebound of the trailing side gear.

  • Publication number: 20170314974
Abstract: A geared motor includes a stopper mechanism restricting the range of movement when the trailing gear rotates in a counter-clockwise direction. In the stopper mechanism, a first and a second angle ranges are obtained by dividing the range of angle of rotation of the trailing side gear by a virtual line passing through the center of rotation of the trailing side gear and the center of rotation of the driving side gear. In the first angle range in which the stopper touching part moves in a direction approaching the center of rotation of the driving side gear when the trailing side gear rotates in a counter-clockwise direction, the stopper touching part touches the part to be touched by the stopper. Thus, when the stopper mechanism is activated, the trailing side gear is subjected to a reaction force in a direction away from the driving side gear, making the meshing shallower.
