Abstract: A certification data management device that issues certification data easily editable on an administrator side while preventing copy and manipulation thereof, is provided. An access point device includes a communication unit, a data processing module, a memory controlling module, and a notification controlling module. The communicating unit is directly connectable with a communication terminal via wireless communication and acquires an interface ID (MAC address) used in the wireless communication, from the communication terminal. The data processing module issues certification data (electronic coupon) certifying a predetermined item. The memory controlling module performs a control of associating the interface ID with the certification data issued for the interface ID and storing them in a flash memory.
