    Abstract: The present invention provides a light-diffusive polycarbonate-based resin composition which includes (A) 100 parts by mass of an aromatic polycarbonate resin, (B) 0.01 to parts by mass of a light-diffusing agent, and (C) 0.1 to parts by mass of a styrene-(meth)acrylic ester copolymer, and a light-diffusing plate formed from the composition. The light-diffusive polycarbonate-based resin composition can be injection-molded to form a light-diffusing plate having satisfactory precision in thickness for use in comparatively large liquid crystal displays having a size larger than 20 inches.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a light shielding highly reflective laminated sheet, which is a multilayer sheet comprising at least two layers, wherein the total light reflectance (Y value) of the surface of the first layer is 96% or more, the total light reflectance (Y value) of the surface of the outermost layer opposite to the first layer in the multilayer sheet is 30% or less and the total light transmittance of the laminated sheet is 0.3% or less, and a thermomolded article and a case using thereof. In application to light reflection for a liquid crystal backlight unit and the like, the light shielding highly reflective laminated sheet, the thermomolded article and the case using thereof of the present invention can prevent light leakage from a lamp holder portion and also make it possible to integrate a plurality of components of the backlight unit into a single body owing to improved workability of the sheet.

    Abstract: The light reflection sheet (I) of the present invention comprises a sheet having a thickness of 0.4 to 2 mm and comprising a polycarbonate resin composition containing (B) titanium oxide, and the sheet has a light reflectance of 98% or more and a light transmittance of less than 1%. Also, the light reflection sheet (II) of the present invention is prepared by providing a light-fast layer which cuts or absorbs a UV ray in a thickness of 0.5 to 20 ?m on at least one face of a base sheet having a thickness of 0.4 to 2 mm and comprising a PC resin composition containing a combination of 85 to 60 mass % of (A) a PC base polymer and 15 to 40 mass % of (B) titanium oxide. It is less yellowed and less reduced in a reflection characteristic even after used for a long period of time.

There are also disclosed a photographic film, a process film for printing, and a film for over-head projectors comprising the polystyrenic stretched film.According to the present invention, a stretched film having excellent uniformity of thickness and showing little deformation such as warp, striation, and waviness after heating can be provided.
