  • Publication number: 20030145948
Abstract: A electronic component fixing method comprising: (a) applying first conductive bonding agent (3) onto first lands of a circuit board; (b) disposing first electronic component (2) on the first conductive bonding agent, followed by melting and hardening the first conductive bonding agent to bond and fix electrodes of the first electronic component on the first land; (c) fixing the first electronic component on the board by non-conductive adhesive (5); and (d) bonding and fixing electrodes of second electronic component on second lands of the board by second conductive bonding agent. Further, in one preferred embodiment, a melting temperature of the second conductive bonding agent is not less than a melting temperature of the first conductive bonding agent. According to the present invention, no accurate control of a position of application of the non-conductive adhesive is needed, making it very easy to perform the electronic component fixing operation.

  • Patent number: 5354936
Abstract: A method for preparing ethane and ethylene by reacting methane or a methane-containing natural gas in the presence of oxygen or an oxygen-containing gas, i.e., by partially oxidizing, at a temperature of 500.degree. through 1000.degree. C. using shellfishes or shells as a catalyst is disclosed. The oxidation coupling reaction of methane is controlled so as to remarkably increase the conversion ratio of methane and the selectivity of C.sub.2.sup.+ compounds. The waste matter abundantly released from food industries as well as easily accessible natural resources is used as a raw material of a catalyst for the reaction. The present method is extremely useful from the viewpoint of the recycling of waste as well.

  • Patent number: 4453144
Abstract: An LC composite component comprising a coaxial bobbin, a plurality of collars thereon defining winding grooves therebetween, coils wound in the winding grooves, each collar having a concave recess therein, open at a top end thereof, terminal pins projecting upwardly from the opposite ends of the concave recess, a leadless tip type capacitor having upwardly projecting electrodes accommodated in the concave recess and the coils and the capacitor electrodes being connected with each other by the terminal pins, the capacitor electrodes being connected to the terminal pins so as to stably and firmly secure the capacitor at the open end of the concave recess of each collar.
