  • Publication number: 20230115012
Abstract: There is provided a technique by which posture changing can be given to an occupant while the forward shift of his/her hip portion is prevented. A seat for vehicle includes a seat cushion, and a seat back coupled to the seat cushion, and the seat back includes a posture changing mechanism having a back face supporting mechanism. There is provided a technique by which a fatigue reduction operation using the posture changing mechanism includes a) moving the back face supporting mechanism set to a position of a lumbar spine portion of an occupant from a first position state to a rear direction side and setting the back face supporting mechanism to a second position state, and b) thereafter, moving the back face supporting mechanism stepwise to a front direction side from the second position state to the first position state.

  • Patent number: 9163744
Abstract: A solenoid valve. In a solenoid section forming part of the solenoid valve, a sleeve is provided on the inner circumferential side of a bobbin around which a coil is wound. This sleeve is formed from magnetic material and includes a cylindrical section and a flange section formed at a lower end of the cylindrical section. At an upper end of the cylindrical section, a tapered section is formed in which an outer circumferential face is recessed in the radially inward direction. The tapered section is arranged facing and in close contact with the outer circumferential face of a fixed core such that the magnetic flux density in the tapered section increases when the solenoid section is excited.

  • Publication number: 20150231993
Abstract: A vehicle seat achieves support rigidity of a height link mechanism coupled to a side frame that enables restraints of shaft misalignment between a drive shaft of a height brake and that of a sector gear portion. The vehicle seat includes side frames and a frame coupling member that couples the side frames together. An attachment member including a brake support portion that supports the drive shaft of the height brake is attached to the right and left insides of the right and left side frames. In the attachment member, a region located in back of the brake support portion is a region supported by the frame coupling member, and a region located in front of the brake support portion is a front frame coupling portion that is coupled to the side frames, whereby the attachment member is attached to the side frames.

  • Patent number: 8083291
Abstract: A vehicle seat comprises a seat back, a seat bottom, a headrest mounted on an upper portion of the seat back. The headrest includes a reverse U-shaped support section having downwardly extending two pillars and a horizontal section which connects upper portions of the pillars with each other. A lock plate is fixed to the horizontal section. A headrest frame is provided with an engagement disk which is changed over between a lock position where the engagement disk engages with the lock plate to disable the headrest to rotate about the horizontal section, and an unlock position where the engagement disk disengages from the lock plate to enable the headrest to rotate around the horizontal section.

  • Patent number: 7984950
Abstract: An automobile seat height adjuster includes a linkage base frame between the seat's side frames and seat brackets so as to be vertically swingable. The base frame has two pairs of linkage members interconnected by respective shafts. Each of the linkage members extends between one of the side frames and one of the brackets so as to be collapsable. A power transmission mechanism transmits to the linkage base frame power generated by operation of an operating knob and causes the linkage base frame to swing vertically, thereby causing the seat to move vertically. Stops on the linkage base frame abut the installation surfaces, limiting downward movement of the seat and keeping the seat in a lowermost position at which side frames of the seat are spaced from the installation surfaces.

  • Patent number: 7903383
Abstract: A current detection circuit generates a pulse signal Sd based on a voltage Vd corresponding to a current I flowing through a solenoid coil, and feeds the pulse signal Sd back to a PWM circuit of a switch controller. The PWM circuit generates a pulse signal Sr having a predetermined duty ratio, based on a comparison between the fed back pulse signal Sd and a voltage value corresponding to a first current value or a second current value, and supplies the pulse signal Sr to a pulse supplying unit. The pulse supplying unit supplies the pulse signal Sr as a first pulse signal S1 and/or a second pulse signal S2 to a gate terminal G of a MOSFET.
