    Abstract: In a base station device, a receiver receives a normal signal from one terminal device included in one of a plurality of groups each including a plurality of terminal devices. The transmitter transmits the normal signal received by the receiver to the rest of the terminal devices included in the group. When the receiver has received an emergency signal from one terminal device included in one group, the transmitter transmits the emergency signal that has been received by the receiver to the rest of the terminal devices included in the group and terminal devices other than those in the group.
