  • Patent number: 9321221
Abstract: A continuous preform device for a composite stringer continuously preforms the composite stringer having three-dimensional curved surfaces in an efficient manner, the continuous preform device including a dispenser device 200 adapted to supply a prepreg laminate to a next process by sandwiching upper and lower faces of the prepreg laminate with carrier films, a section preform device 300 adapted to form the prepreg laminate sandwiched between the carrier films into a desired cross-sectional shape during passage, a press/puller device 400 adapted to apply a pressing process to the prepreg laminate and intermittently feed a composite downstream, and a curing mold forming device 500 adapted to preform the prepreg laminate into a desired stringer shape on a curing mold 20, which are placed in a straight line from upstream to downstream.

  • Patent number: 5180041
Abstract: A current collecting apparatus for a transport vehicle such as a linear motor car comprises a mounting member for mounting said apparatus for a truck body of a transport vehicle through an insulator. A supporting member is provided on the mounting member such that the supporting member can be moved in a transverse direction of the transport vehicle by a couple of mount arms rotatably supported to the mounting member. Collecting shoes are supported at the lower end of each of the support arms, respectively, for receiving electric power supplied by a trolley rail. Each of the support arms comprises a couple of joint arms forming a parallelogram linkage for maintaining good contact between the trolley rail and the collector shoes. When the transport vehicle travels along curved tracks, the support arms incline in the transverse direction of the transport vehicle against an elastic force of a contracting spring so as to keep contact between the collecting shoes and the trolley rail.

  • Patent number: 5161758
Abstract: A connecting system for trolley rails at a shunt where tracks for a transport vehicle such as a magnetic levitation type linear motor car are turned off. A first trolley rail is supported on a stationary track girder and a second troley rail is supported on a movable track girder. A movable track girder can be moved from a position where one end thereof is aligned to a first stationary track girder to a position where the end thereof is aligned to a second stationary track girder. A third trolley rail is movably supported in a longitudinal direction thereof on a supporting member which is rotatably supported at one end thereof to a base portion of one end of the first trolley rail. A first slant surface is formed on each of end portions of the first and second trolley rails at an acute angle. Both end portions of the third trolley rail are formed with slant surfaces inclined at obtuse angles with the top peripheral edge of the third trolley rail.

  • Patent number: 4284181
Abstract: A rigid trolley rail having a continuous unified structural body which is formed by continuously laying a plurality of short trolley rail bodies made of aluminum along the track of a travelling body and by mechanically connecting or welding confronting ends of adjacent trolley rail bodies to each other. Each of the plurality of aluminum trolley rail bodies consists of a base part attached to fixed support parts, a protruding middle part formed to protrude from the middle portion of the upper or lower face of the base part approximately into a T-shape; and a pair of protruding clamping strips positioned with the protruding middle part interposed between them. A long single sheet of stainless steel is bent to cover the protruding middle parts of the aligned rail bodies to form the continuous unified structural body and the ends of the two bent sides thereof are fixed in a gripping manner by bending the pair of protruding clamping strips inwardly to clamp the bent sides against the base part.

  • Patent number: 4246986
Abstract: A current collection system for a travelling body comprising main rigid trolley rails continuously arranged one after another in the direction of the track of the travelling body; an auxiliary rigid trolley rail which is arranged between the confronting ends of the adjacent main rigid trolley rails and which has one end thereof supported at a fixed support point and the other end thereof supported at a movable support point; a pair of contactor-carrying plates which are attached to the travelling body and are arranged to have said main and auxiliary rigid trolley rails held between the pair of the plates; and two pairs of contactors which are arranged to press each of the main and auxiliary trolley rails on both sides thereof separately from each other. These pairs of contactors are arranged to come into contact alternately with the main and auxiliary rigid trolley rails while the travelling body is on the move.
