Abstract: It is an object of the present invention to provide a fusion protein of a molecule that recognizes cancer cells or the like and a mutant streptavidin, wherein the fusion protein is for use in the treatment or diagnosis of a cancer. According to the present invention, provided is a fusion protein, wherein an antigen-binding molecule having a molecular weight of 20,000 or less is bound, via a linker sequence, to the N-terminal side and/or C-terminal side of the amino acid sequence as set forth in SEQ ID NO: 1, provided that the C-terminal amino acid sequence consisting of Pro-Ser-Ala-Ala-Ser His-His-His-His-His-His may be partially or entirely deleted.

This structure is formed as a cut-away portion having a predetermined width in its movable direction formed on the hub lock member and a stopper portion formed on the lower part in association with the cut-away portion, so that an edge of the cut-away portion comes in contact with the stopper portion to prevent the hub lock member from being once again secured to the upper part once the housing is assembled.
