  • Patent number: 9360057
Abstract: An electromagnetic clutch can be manufactured with reduced steps and cost. In the electromagnetic clutch, an electromagnetic coil unit 4 for causing a rotor and an armature to magnetically adhere to each other to enable power transmission from a drive source to a driven device includes: a bobbin 42 around which an electromagnetic coil 41 is wound; a power supply connector 43 attached to a connector mounting portion 424 formed in the bobbin 42, to supply external power to the electromagnetic coil 41; and a field core 44 in which a through hole 443a is formed. In the field core 44, a proximal part of the power supply connector 43 and the bobbin 42 are stored in a storage portion in a state where a distal part of the power supply connector 43 is exposed to outside from the through hole 443a, and the storage portion is filled with resin.

  • Publication number: 20160053830
Abstract: An electromagnetic clutch 1 including a thermal fuse 4, includes base portions 57a and 57b that are provided on a flange portion 522 of a bobbin 52 apart from each other and respectively include: wire locking portions 57a1 and 57b1 for locking a drawn wire part 511 of an electromagnetic coil 51 drawn onto the flange portion 522 halfway through a process of winding the electromagnetic coil around the bobbin; and thermal fuse locking portions 57a3 and 57b3 for locking lead wires 4b and 4c of the thermal fuse 4 apart from the drawn wire part 511. Each locking portion is provided along the circumferential direction of the flange portion 522. The lead wires 4b and 4c are connected between one end 511a of the drawn wire part 511 in one base portion 57a and one end 511b of the drawn wire part 511 in the other base portion 57b.

  • Publication number: 20160053829
Abstract: An electromagnetic clutch easily performs connection of an electromagnetic coil and a power source without impairing its magnetic property. An electromagnetic coil unit 4 causing a rotor and an armature to magnetically engage to enable the transmission of power from a driving source to a compressor, includes: bobbin 42 around which electromagnetic coil 41 is wound; power supply connector 43 attached to connector mounting portion 424 formed in bobbin 42, to connect an external power source to electromagnetic coil 41; and field core 44 accommodating power supply connector 43 and bobbin 42 in an accommodating portion in a state in which power supply connector 43 having fitting portion 43a in which a power connector is fitted is exposed to outside from through hole 443a. Fitting portion 43a of power supply connector 43 faces outward in a radial direction of field core 44.

  • Publication number: 20150027845
Abstract: An electromagnetic clutch includes: a rotor 1 including therein an electromagnetic coil 16; and an armature 2 facing the rotor 1 and caused to be attached to the rotor 1 by a magnetic force of the electromagnetic coil 16. By excitation of the electromagnetic coil 16, a magnetic circuit M1 from the rotor 1 back to the rotor 1 through a first armature plate 21, an intermediate layer 22, a second armature plate 23, the intermediate layer 22, and the first armature plate 21 is formed when the rotor 1 and the armature 2 are not in contact, and a magnetic circuit M2 from the rotor 1 back to the rotor 1 through the first armature plate 21, a part 13a between adjacent slits 14 of the rotor 1, and the first armature plate 21 is formed when the rotor 1 and the armature 2 are in contact.

  • Patent number: 6597290
Abstract: A valve-position output apparatus capable of adequately detecting valve-positions on an optical basis. The valve-position output apparatus for a valve comprises an interlocking member arranged to move in sync with open and close operations of the valve, a position detecting aperture formed in said interlocking member, an optical encoder having a light-emitting section and a light-receiving section which are arranged opposed to each other with interposing the interlocking member therebetween, digital valve-position signal generating means for generating a digital valve-position signal on the basis of a signal from the optical encoder, and initial setting means for initializing the digital valve-position signal generating means so as to match the digital valve-position signal of the digital valve-position signal generating means with an actual valve position.
