  • Publication number: 20240111241
Abstract: Provided is a cleaning member, comprising an elastic member that includes polyurethane, wherein: when tan ? of a test piece sampled from the elastic member is measured in the temperature range of ?20° C. to +60° C., the peak temperature of a peak indicating the maximum value of tan ? is at 15.0° C. or below; the maximum value of tan ? is 0.20 to 0.55; tan ? at a temperature of 55° C. is 0.13 or larger; and where the detected quantity of all ions obtained when the test piece is heated at a rate of temperature increase of 10° C./second to 1000° C. using a direct-sampling mass spectrometer is M1 and the integrated intensity of a peak in a derived ion thermogram that corresponds to a range of m/z values originating in multifunctional isocyanate with at least three isocyanate groups is M2, M2/M1 is at least 0.001.

  • Patent number: 11913888
Abstract: A solid immersion lens unit includes a solid immersion lens having a contact surface for coming into contact with semiconductor device formed of a silicon substrate and a spherical surface to be disposed to face an objective lens; a holder holding the solid immersion lens; and an optical element held by the holder to be positioned between the objective lens and the solid immersion lens. The solid immersion lens transmits light having at least a part of wavelength in a range of 200 nm or greater and 1100 nm or lower. The optical element corrects aberration caused by a difference in refractive indices between the silicon substrate and the solid immersion lens.

  • Publication number: 20230418423
Abstract: A touch panel device includes a capacitance type touch panel having a plurality of electrodes arranged in directions intersecting each other, a capacitance measurement unit that measures capacitance of each electrode pair, a baseline value setting unit that sets the capacitance of each electrode pair in a state where an indicator is not in contact as a baseline value, a position detection unit that detects a contact position of the indicator by comparing the capacitance of each electrode pair measured by the capacitance measurement unit with the baseline value, and a baseline value correction unit that varies the baseline value in accordance with the variation when the capacitance of each electrode pair varies with the lapse of time. The baseline value correction unit sets the time X for varying the baseline value and/or the upper limit value Y thereof for each electrode pair according to the capacitance of each electrode pair.

  • Patent number: 6101310
Abstract: An apparatus usable by a broadcasting station for reading and writing information from and to a time code track of a recording medium such as a magnetic tape. Such information may include identification (ID) information representative of a respective broadcasting station and control information utilized for controlling the transmission of data recorded on the tape. The reading of the ID and control information may be performed while the tape travels at a speed greater than a normal playback speed. As a result, ID and control information recorded on a tape may be detected in a relatively short time. The recorded ID and control information may be easily rewritten so as to provide information pertaining to another broadcasting station.
