  • Patent number: 11309611
Abstract: A battery mount from which a battery device is attachable and detachable results in a configuration that enables easy attachment and detachment of a battery having various shapes. The battery mount includes: connection terminals configured to fit to external terminals of the battery and having a shape along which the external terminals are slidable in at least one direction; and a lever rotatable about a fulcrum and located at a side at which the connection terminals are located when seen from the battery in a state where the external terminals are fitted to the connection terminals. The external terminals are configured to be elastically deformable to fit to the connection terminals by sandwiching the connection terminals therein.

  • Publication number: 20200295327
Abstract: In a battery mounting unit to/from which a battery device is attachable and detachable, a configuration that enables easy attachment and detachment of the battery device having various shapes is obtained. A battery mounting unit 1 includes: connection terminals 13 configured to fit to external terminals 110 of a battery device 3 and having a shape along which the external terminals 110 are slidable at least in one direction; and a lever 30 rotatable about a fulcrum and located at a side at which the connection terminals 13 are located when seen from the battery device 3 in a state where the external terminals 110 are fitted to the connection terminals 13. The external terminals 110 are configured to be elastically deformable to fit to the connection terminals 13 by sandwiching the connection terminals 13 therein.

  • Publication number: 20080102368
Abstract: In a battery pack, a circuit board (10) has a plurality of external output terminals (3, 5) on the front, and a cover (16) has a plurality of openings (19, 20) that correspond to the external output terminals (3, 5) as through holes, respectively. A groove (29) filled with a resin mold (2) is formed at least between the adjacent openings (19, 20) in the back of the cover (16). A lead wire (13) is bent in a U-shape, and the curved portion (13a) of the lead wire (13) lies outside one end of the circuit board (10) in the lateral direction. A restraint member (31) is provided at the end (16a) of the cover (16) in the lateral direction. The restraint member extends backward from the end (16a) of the cover (16) to restrain the curved portion (13a) of the lead wire (13) from sticking out in the lateral direction.

  • Publication number: 20070194753
Abstract: A battery pack whose resin mold is hard to peel off from the outer peripheral surface of its unit cell and which can be manufactured at low cost is obtained. The battery pack includes a flat prismatic box-shaped unit cell and a resin mold formed on the outer peripheral side surface of the unit cell. In order to prevent the resin mold from easily peeling off, a rough surface portion 25 is formed on the outer peripheral side surface of the unit cell 1 by forming numbers of minute dots by laser beam machining on the outer peripheral side surface put in contact with the resin mold.
