  • Patent number: 11304862
Abstract: A control device for a power assist wheelchair which includes a compensation turning torque calculation unit that calculates a compensation turning torque value for compensating for at least a part of the shortage or excess of the actual turning torque value with respect to the predicted turning torque value, in which the compensation turning torque value is smaller when the vehicle speed is a first speed than when the vehicle speed is a second speed faster than the first speed; a first target current determination unit that determines a target current of the first electric motor based upon the first manual torque value and the compensation turning torque value; and a second target current determination unit that determines a target current of the second electric motor based upon the second manual torque value and the compensation turning torque value.

  • Patent number: 8220141
Abstract: It is intended to allow for efficiently performing a feeder replacement operation. A feeder 50 is formed in a shape elongated in one direction to allow a replacement operation therefor to be performed in such a manner that it is inserted and pulled out relative to a feeder installation section 150, along a longitudinal direction thereof. A rear end 111 which is a trailing one of longitudinally opposite ends of each of a plurality of feeders 50A, 50B, - - - , in an insertion direction, is provided with a guide portion for guiding one 50C of the feeders to be installed in adjacent relation to ones of the remaining feeders. For example, the guide portion can be formed by rounding corners of the rear end 111 of the feeder 50.

  • Patent number: 8171620
Abstract: A component supplying apparatus and a reel can be easily and integrally managed when not supplying components, and the component supplying apparatus can be made to be compact when the component supplying apparatus and the reel are not integrally managed. The component supplying apparatus (50) has an apparatus main body section (53), provided with a feeding apparatus (52) for pulling out a tape (TP), which holds components at fixed intervals, from a reel (80) toward a prescribed component supplying position, and a main body frame (500) on which the feeding apparatus (52) is mounted. The component supplying apparatus (50) is removably mounted on a surface mounting machine (10). The component supplying apparatus (50) is provided with an engaging section (100) as reel holder, which is mounted on the apparatus main body section (53) and is displaced between a holding position where the reel (80) is held and a storing position where the reel (80) is not held.

  • Patent number: 7930819
Abstract: It is intended to allow for readily performing a cover tape setting operation. In the present invention, a tape guide 110 for guiding a component supply tape 35 includes a front guide section 120 provided with an open surface 128 opened on one side thereof in a continuous manner in a tape feed direction, so as to allow a cover tape 37 to be taken in and out relative to the front guide section 120 through the open surface 128. This configuration makes it possible to perform the setting operation for the cover tape 37 through given operational steps, under a condition that the tape guide 110 remains fixed to a component supply unit 40.
