  • Patent number: 7936143
Abstract: This invention provides a device for preventing sway of a suspended load, which does not require complex calculation for eliminating frictional resistance components. The device is equipped with a speed control device (14) for outputting a torque command based on a speed command, a torque command filter (16), and a load torque observer (4) for estimating the load torque, and configured to output a value obtained by adding a load torque estimation signal to an output of the torque command filter (16). The device is further equipped with a high-pass filter (32) for outputting a signal TRFLHPF in which a frictional resistance component is eliminated from the load torque estimation signal and a sway angle calculator (33) for outputting a sway angle estimation calculated value ?e obtained by multiplying a sway angle calculator factor by the output signal TRFLHPF.

  • Patent number: 6781339
Abstract: A method of controlling an electronic cam type rotary cutter or sealer driven by a servo motor. The method comprises preparing a correct position pattern for a whole region including cutting or sealing and non-cutting or non-sealing zones. An electronic cam curve of a cubic function is used as a position pattern for the non-cutting or nonsealing zone. An electronic cam curve of a quadratic function is used as a speed pattern. A position loop is formed in the whole region on the basis of the electronic cam curve. A position control is performed at every moment on the basis of said prepared correct position pattern, whereby a control is enabled causing a single algorithm to automatically cope with a long and short cutting or sealing operations and a change of a line speed.

  • Patent number: 5263413
Abstract: The present invention belongs to the technical field of synchronously controlling the phase relationship between a plurality of printing rolls in a corrugated board printing press. The object of this invention is to realize synchronous phase control at low cost and with high precision by software. In this invention, a speed command inputted is converted to a digital value at regular intervals to integrate the digital value, the revolution speed of each of the printing rolls is also integrated, and any deviation between these integrated values is subjected to PI operation, thereby separately correcting the revolution speed commands given to drive motors on the basis of their corresponding results of the PI operation. At this time, when the results of the operation in the course of the integrating the speed command and the individual printing rolls exceed the highest value, their values separately return to 0 to continue the operation.
