  • Patent number: 5541043
Abstract: A silver halide color photographic material is disclosed, comrising a support provided thereon light-sensitive silver halide emulsion layers including a blue-sensitive silver halide emulsion layer, a green-sensitive silver halide emulsion layer and a red-sensitive silver halide emulsion layer, and a non-image forming layer which is located farther from the support than the light-sensitive silver halide emulsion layers and adjacent to one of the light-sensitive silver halide emulsion layers, wherein a silver halide emulsion contained in the layer adjacent to the non-image forming layer is spectrally sensitized by adding a water-insoluble sensitizing dye in the form of solid particles dispersed in an aqueous medium; and the non-image forming layer contains a substantially light-insensitive silver halide fine grain emulsion having an average grain size of not more than 0.05 .mu.m and an average iodide content of 0.5 to 3.0 mol %.

  • Patent number: 4666825
Abstract: A method for processing silver halide photographic light-sensitive material which comprises color developing an imagewise-exposed silver halide photographic light-sensitive material and then bleach-fixing said color developed light-sensitive material, said light-sensitive material comprising support having thereon a silver halide emulsion layer containing monodispersed silver halide particles and a photographic cyan coupler having the Formula [I]: ##STR1## wherein X is a hydrogen atom or a radical that can be split off by the reaction of said coupler with the oxidized product of an aromatic primary amine color developing agent; R.sub.1 is an aryl or a heterocyclic radical; and R.sub.2 is a ballasting radical which provides non-diffusibility to said cyan coupler and a cyan dye formed therefrom.

  • Patent number: 4477559
Abstract: There is disclosed a photosensitive silver halide color photographic material comprising a support having on one side thereof, an antihalation layer, a red-sensitive silver halide emulsion layer, a green-sensitive silver halide emulsion layer and a blue-sensitive silver halide emulsion layer wherein each of said silver halide emulsion layers contains a non-diffusable coupler. The other surface of the support has thereon a dye-containing backing layer. The antihalation layer contains no more than 0.2 g/m.sup.2 of silver and the total amount of silver contained in the silver halide emulsion layers is at least 7.0 g/m.sup.2.

  • Patent number: 4252893
Abstract: A photographic material having a light-sensitive silver halide emulsion layer coated on a support. The material contains a compound represented by the following general formula [Ia] or [Ib] ##STR1## wherein R.sub.1 and R.sub.3 individually represent an alkyl, alkenyl or acyl group; R.sub.4 represents a halogen atom, an alkyl, alkenyl, cycloalkyl or cyano group, or --SO.sub.2 R.sub.5 or --COR.sub.5 group; and R.sub.5 represents a hydrogen atom, a hydroxy, alkyl, alkoxy, cycloalkoxy, aryloxy or amino group.
