  • Patent number: 8071399
Abstract: An object is to prevent a breakage of a membrane probe and a wafer to be tested in a probe testing using a membrane probe with styluses formed by a manufacturing technology for a semiconductor integrated circuit device. Measures are: obtaining an image of a region PCA within the surface of a wafer including a region OGA pressed by a pressing member, at the center of which a chip just after probe-tested is located, by an imaging means such as a camera; comparing an image of a normal chip obtained in advance and an image of all the chips within the region PCA; and judging thereby whether an abnormal shape is caused or not in all the chips within the region PCA.

  • Publication number: 20060166510
Abstract: The present invention has a pump system having a gear pump to which a gear structure, having a pump gear and a driving gear concentrically and integrally formed with each other, is incorporated; a main control section for controlling this pump system; and a stage that can support a plate-like member such as a lead frame. In the gear pump, driving force is given to the driving gear to rotate the pump gear, whereby a paste is applied on the plate-like member. The use of the gear pump allows the reduction in cost for manufacturing and assembling the gears, thereby being capable of reducing manufacturing cost.

  • Patent number: 5470533
Abstract: A test strip supply apparatus comprises a cylindrical container having an elongate test strip fitting penetration slot formed in its side wall, a container support having a semicylindrical concave surface formed in its upper portion and a test strip take-out hole formed at the center of the concave surface for allowing a test strip dropped from the penetration slot of the container to pass therethrough, and a test strip transfer stage for receiving the test strip dropped from the penetration slot and transferring it. A test strip reversing function is also provided such that during the transfer of the test strip by the transfer stage, optical means determines whether the test strip is placed facing properly or not and, if the back surface is on the upper side, the test strip is reversed upside down before further transfer.

  • Patent number: 5186334
Abstract: A bank note handling apparatus of a circulating type utilizes bank notes deposited by customers as payable bank notes. The following devices are provided in the form of a loop in a conveying passage downstream from a paying-in and paying-out device for use in depositing or withdrawing bank notes by customers: bank note stacking devices for stacking circulated bank notes; a first discriminating device for discriminating bank notes; a bank note receiving device for receiving bank notes that are not to be circulated; a second discriminating device for discriminating bank notes; a device for properly arranging the obverse and reverse sides of bank notes; and a temporary receiving device for temporarily receiving bank notes to be deposited or withdrawn. Hence, the conveying passages for the paying-in and paying-out device and the respective stacking devices are shortened, reducing the processing time.

  • Patent number: 4718655
Abstract: Paper sheets transported from a transporting line are stacked successively into a receiving station by a vane-wheel type receiving and guiding device. The paper sheets stacked in the receiving station are taken out to a subsequent transporting line one by one by a friction pick-up and separating and feeding device. The friction pick-up and/or the vane-wheel type receiving and guiding device are rotatable. The friction pick-up is retracted from the surface of the stacked paper sheets when the paper sheets are stacked and when the paper sheets are taken out and is moved to abut the surface of the stacked paper sheets to thereby permit the taking out of the paper sheets.

  • Patent number: 4499512
Abstract: A magnetic recording and reproducing apparatus including a reel drive system having a first transmitting path for high-speed magnetic tape feed, and a second transmitting path for constant-speed magnetic tape feed. The first transmitting path includes a drive pulley for driving a pair of magnetic tape reels through oscillating idler means which is supported on a support shaft located on a bisector perpendicular to the center of the pair of magnetic tape reels to directly transmit the rotation of a reversible motor to the drive pulley. The second transmitting path transmits the rotation of the reversible motor through a slip mechanism to obtain a predetermined output torque. One of the two transmitting path is selected for each operation mode as switching of the operation modes is effected.
